- This is a 2 night / 3 day backpacking trip through Coyote Gulch in the Escalante area of Utah. It is only my second solo backpacking trip to date. I start at the Hurricane Wash Trailhead, set up base camp at the Natural Bridge and on Day 2 hike to Cliff Arch. It's a gorgeous canyon with amazing walls and water running its entire length.

Wonderful job capturing a gorgeous hike. Utah is truly spectacular, but yes it can be crazy hot. I was in Moab in August and it was like an oven, but still incredibly beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Happy adventures.

Tip- As a solo female traveler you should always have multiple cans of bear spray for bad guys & bad critters. Keep one in your truck cab & one in
the camper by door & another to use while hiking. Be safe & Happy Trails.

I do have bear spray thank you. I didn't take it on this trip, but I did have pepper spray and a knife.

Coyote Gulch is one of my favorite backpacking trips I spent a wonderful week in there nice relaxing trip Stevens Arch is awesome. I’m glad you got to experience this !!
