What is "Serac Day" Event?

We've been hearing from our customers about the impact of "Serac Day" can have on their business.
NADEC Foods is the region's 2nd-largest #dairy producer,. The site is called "NADEC city", which gives you an idea of the size of the place. NADEC Foods has 18 Serac machines on the same site. The first machine was installed in 1996 and is still in operation.
