That tease at the very end, so cruel.
I know right rip explanation
NOOOOOOO
It physically hurt me :P
ambidextrous,
Apart from a few thing I can do that too.
I first read this comment before the vid had fully ended so I thought you were talking about the Game Theory bit. But then I watched the rest and I think I died a little inside.
what if dead pool is being inconsistent and doing this on purpose just to piss people off
David Berrios sounds like deadpool tbh
Well, if there was a weakness hidden in there it would provide a bonus of distracting you from the truth (and pissing you off).
That's genius! I never thought of that before. He would totally do that.
Maybe DP can make choices on this stuff
Aixa Tello Deadpool sounds like whoevers reading him outloud to be honest.
This is Deadpool we're talking about
When he is introduced into an equation physics takes a backseat.
Radmus the Shitpost Machine so does time... plus he’s basically a parody hero. Parody hero’s live forever 😂
That is most superheroes
"The real answer is that we're inconsistent"
Comic book series in a nutshell
When a studio admits inconsistency, you know they're being real.
Kyle needs his own superhero costume
I second this motioj
+Inkaaz he really does look like thor lol
Do it and I'll share it out! -- KH
it Must be Indisputable, Sientific Logic

Deadpool 2 explains a lot of this 😂
Too much of it
He pretty much got ripped In Half and his body grew back 😂
@@Shuffle4148 brow blew himself to nothingness and came back
this video is kind of answered as in the new DP film jugerrnaught ripped him In half he grew a new half, legs and bits but when he blew himself to bits we don't know how he got grown back together
I like the idea that Deadpool leaves little bit of himself everywhere
"The costume, that let's you act like a douchebag at cons?" Too true that one..
Oh man! You got me at the end. I was all interested and then nothing.
Good video bro
SURPRISE KATANA!
SUPRISE KATANAAAA
UNEXPECTED Katana. Scared the crap out of me. Nigh literally.
+Nerdist #SurpriseKatana
Koricon Nala I guess that's one thing science can't explain.
Oooohhhhhhhhhh
Best ending ever
Well he won't die because thanos cursed him to live forever in the comics for they both where in love with lady death
"Thanos curses be damned"
Wrong at the end of that comic thanos removed the curse....
Also the comic universe and the movie’s universe are different
Well couldn't thanos un curse him I think that's about the only way to get rid of him
Juggled Lotus Even Squirrel Girl has beaten the actual Thanos (not a clone, as confirmed by The Watcher). He may claim he can make claims to the contrary, but I'd choose the word of the watcher over his.
😂"That's jus a theory" tht killed me🤣😂😂😂
imagine following it with "tHaankS fOr wAaatChhiinG"

Can cyclops were contact lenses and can magneto extract the iron from blood with no extra iron or a iron based tattoo
i have a question. is kyle still as sexy withoit long hair?
you should look into dividing sea anemone, they can be split to create 2 individual organism
+Nerdist I loved that little film/game theory reference at the end ;)
well that's a theorie a film theorie
Dunno if this helps, but there is a comic where Wolverine becomes nothing but a blood splatter on an UNEXPECTED KITANA & he regenerates just from that.
I think it was some sort of planet or environment that auguments mutant powers. But by all means, he grew back from thin air. It's like this one blood splatter digested air and transformed it into body cells.
Katana
This could not work. There are vital cell types with no regenerative properties. While not many types, they still exist.
i was gonna comment this :(
Azrael and Wolverine inmortality deal.
simply wolverine sold his soul to Angel of Death (Azrael). In return if Wolverine does die, Azrael resurrects him against scientific fact.
What about that crazy flat worm that you can cut into several pieces and they each grow into a perfect and complete copy of the original..?
Thats what i was thinking the whole video too
Realistically, he dies, but if it was like it said in the comics I think he gets to choose wether to
1: #InfiniteDPs or clone
2:chose what body part to grow from
Jav Hop well his healing factor is really fast and regenerated super fast, realistically he wouldn't die, he is immune to everything and would regrow anything at unimaginable speed he would be alive and running like nothing happend
but what happens, if he is cutted in many pieces?
or teared in many pieces, like an explosion does?
Actually his super fast healing was reduced at some point, also I know I've read comics where when his head is destroyed or he explodes himself, he IS pretty much dead for a while. He uses this to visit lady death, but his body is regenerating while he does so and he gets thrown back into his body
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the intro! I guess I just love to see CZcamsr's sets, or Kyle is my fav nerdist host, or it had something to do with the way he walked like so confidently and badass!
OR THE BACKGROUND MUSIC YASSS
Or UNEXPECTED KATANA!
+gandalftheantlion No that was later on but it was pretty awesome!
Vaibhav Saini
yeah, I was just messing arou- SURPRISE LIGHTSABER!
Lol. The not so subtle matpat rivalry is fun.
+lakkakka Epic rap battles of history idea,
Matpat vs Kyle Hill
+Nick1p.x that would be fun. KYLE get on it and arrange it. You and mat should write your own verses. And for extra fun you should act as each other in the video. 😂
No he is kurt cobain
No offense, but MatPat does crappy misinformed clickbait.
I don't really take matpat's theories seriously, they're fun to watch, but i just leave them at theories
Perfectly explained, thanx for clearing that up Mr. Hill.....
But if the body regrows the head, is he deadpool anymore? I mean the brain creates memories right? So if he got decapitated and the body grew a new one, he's no longer deadpool and he won't gonna know who he is neither talk because you gotta learn language or even know what''s happening.
So in conclusion, you can't him by decapitation but if his body grew a new head, you basically kind of neutralized him because his memory won't cary to a new head
I know someone who still needs to learn the english language...
this is prettymuch what matpat figured out in film theory
I heard somewhere that his cells carry the memories. Doesnt make sense but its an explanation.
Maybe his memories have something like an auto save so when it regrow she it just copies his memories
That's basically the end of X-Men Origins with Wolverine. Unfortunately Deadpool doesn't follow the same logic and somehow retains his memories when his entire brain is destroyed, not just shot through a specific part.
What if you and MatPat got into a fight?
MatPat would lose
..but that's just a theory.
+Devin Miller matpat lived isolated in a closet for 8 years, surviving only on diet coke and naturebox. he is a hardened man. kyle doesn't stand a chance.
I think this calls for a DEATH BATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTLE!
A game theory!
Wolverine specifically would grow back from his head as his healing factor stems from his brain. Its also why he can die from drowning. How underwhelming...
and how he suffocated to death...
NeutralGuyDoubleZero he would die, he even stated it himself in the comics
+Zach Doherty-Smith I dont doubt that, but that doesnt make sense to me. He can survive being burnt to a skeleton with none of his organs supporting his brain, yet if his spinal cord is cut from his body he is unable to regenerate. I get why he can die from asphyxiation since thats pure oxygen depravation that affects only his blood and brain, thus preventing regeneration auto fixing it, but getting decapitated is pretty similar of an injury in terms of scope to being burnt down to his very bones.
NeutralGuyDoubleZero true. continuity is hard
Can tou even decapitate Wolverine with the adamantium spine and all?
What a legend answer Jordan :)
Is there a behind the scenes of this show? I'd love to see it!

Naruto Uzumaki Edit: my guess would be nothing so amazing. Superman had been charged by more powerful stars
Naruto Uzumaki if it was a kugelblitz, that would be a whole different story.

Sorry Kyle.
You stole my comment :(
daniel obrien Kind of wish I didn't... Kyle-senpai will never notice me now TuT
There's an anime called "Ajin", a new human looking race where when they die, they regenerate and live again. And when they lose a port of their body, only the part with the biggest mass regenerates and the other seperated part decayes, meaning if an ajin gets decapitated the body regenerates a new head, but with a completely new brain and the seperated head dies! It's an interesting anime
-Also there is a type of matter which surrounds them and can use them. This matter transforms into nutrients, cells and bodyparts. They also only regenerates when they die.
If you read the manga, they go a little further on this idea. Definitely an interesting series!
Ceyhun Dursun 7
Denis Garley Yep, that's a big part of the show. Since you can't permanently kill an Ajin, people found a way to torture them. To literally cut off their head and let them watch as a new head (with all his memories and experiences) grows back and takes his place. It's a really creepy thought...
awesome show
I know I watched this befor, but I can't remember all these details... the blessings of bad memory lol time to find it again
That last bit, only noticed it on this episode with the buttons on your shirt. Even still, you write with relative grace with both hands
how Hulk increases weight?? from where that mass comes?
But he can't die because magic
Because (lady) death won't let him die
+TheJasper855 Thanos cursed him, so he wouldn't be with Mistress Death
He's dead in the comics right now
+Mr. J he's back alive in the current All New All Different Marvel and making tons of money both in and out of the comics because of his popularity.
He even started a mercenary company called Mercs For Money after Luke Cage sued him for using Heros For Hire as the company name.
GuyWithAnAmazingHat Ah okay cool. Did they give any reason as to why he's been ressurected or is it just the usual "its comics just go with it" kinda thing?
wait wasn't their a deadpool comic were he have been sliced in haft and his third inner voice has its own body
I read a comic with Deadpool ( can't remember which one ) he was decapitated and then his body was searching for his head to attach it to the body, and in this time he was still speaking
When he cuts the Deadpool in half. The sound they use sounds like a zerg structure finishing it's metamorphosis. From the original star craft.
Wolverine once regenerated from one drop of his blood
Landen Matlock because of a magical crystal not his regeneration read the comic
I thought that was Deadpool?
Landen Matlock thats because Chuck Norris spit on the drop off blood
Lobo did it better
Unhelpful Revelations no he regenerated from a single atom I believe so
In case anyone really wants to know how he draws, watch closely. He's right-handed, so he draws and writes with his right hand, but when he writes, the editors flip the image so that we can read it too. Watch the video again and look closely at the microphone on his shirt, you can see when the image is flipped.
you sir are a scholar and a saint
You're right
You mean left handed my friend
+Greg's Vids no he meant right handed since the video is FLIPPED it looks like left handed to us
+Nicholas Chavez ok thank you I get it now my bad
Love the channel.
the end made me cry a bit
Is deadpools healing factor really plausible with his cancer because of cellular regeneration wouldn't that regenerate cancer cells?
Answered that one in a previous video! czcams.com/video/P1wZ1Hp9eLw/video.html -- KH
Brendon Hutton, A lot would depend on Wade himself. More than likely, he had a genetic marker for the cancer. Much like diabetes and heart disease run in genitics. if so the HF could recognize the Cancer as part of Wades self and heal accordingly
yes yes it would hence the ol hamburger dead and his overall body lol
+crazyjr Then again, it doesn't matter whether or not the cancer regens, he heals too fast for it to hurt him, plus he just straight up can't die.
Da Wulf I understand that, i was just saying that the Cancer is part of him, so the healing factor recognizes it, and does not attack it
I remember in a comic book someone decapitated wolverine and was told he is still alive because his skin started to take in the oxygen in the air or something like that, but I was always under the impression that both deadpool and wolverine could not die at all unless completely vaporized
I love that Starcraft sound effect.
I totally feel for it at the end
except he's pretty much immortal (he even got hit by a nuke, then literally respawn right at the limit of the lethal radius) because Thanatos cursed him so he couldn't die
SSVjoker what if he got poisoned
Setsunax Kuro *Sigh.* Then he won't die, the dude is literally immortal.
Shrimp Lord he just can regrow his body but if his body got poisaned I don't think so, first class poisan
Actually, Deadpool is literally immortal because Death loves him. She won't let him die
Royal Assassin142 no, Death wants Deadpool to die so they can be together. Thanos, pissed about Death relationship with Deadpool. Curse Deadpool immortality.
I really like the part where you point out that you don't like just debunking something, you try to figure out how it might work. That's an awesome point, and I think what makes your show so good.
Thank you Eric! It's really important to me in terms of framing. Thanks for noticing. -- KH
One question or suggestions for future episodes. How strong or how much force would mantis need to be to pull the furious five with the rope when they face Tai lang
The resources thing. I think it is an unexplained part of both wolverines and deadpools healing factors but they have both at times sustained injuries and regenerated lost biomass without a obvious source. So they have some source of matter to draw on like the hulk or giant man.
Theres a star fish that can be cut in half and you get 2 start fish.

so....
deadpool can duplicate hisself??

#InfiniteDP
that's how many of those fuckers reproduce actually. They split themselves in half.
Some years ago I had a nano reef aquarium. one of the live rocks had a small starfish inside..... some weeks later, the tank was full with those fuckers...
but you can't really compare them to deadpool. They don't really have vital organs or much of an nervous system.
starfish don't even have separate butts/mouths. yep like jellyfish their butt holes are their mouth holes, gives new definition to the phrase "talking out of their butts." doesn't it?
+richard conaway
that's actually interesting in regards to the CatDog video.
what if he can close off the arena of the wound thats bleeding straight away, then regrow the head, or if hes left as just a head, the head literally pulls atoms out of the air for new material, like a dehumidifier does with water...*SURPRISE KATANA*
or the body materialises like a titan from AOT
I'd say comic book magic
Nice profile pic
+suddenly titan *unexpected Titan*
+Elijah P what? I put the little * star things that mean it's a correction but they disappeared when I posted the comment. =(
At around 5:16 it's stated that the head keeps talking, and the hand regrows. I feel that it would be the part directly attached to the brain
Unless Wolverine claws out DP's larynx in which case he'll make gargling noises for a few minutes, which Logan completely understands somehow, before his voice grows back.
I've always thought that if an immortal or someone with high healing capabilities were to be decapitated the head would go flying off and regenerate a new body, and the body would grow a new head. Since the body had to grow a new head it made more sense to me that it would not have any of said person's memories. I also believed that if the new head did keep any memories, somehow, than that would be a gruesome way to clone yourself.
Also, also watch Ajin: Demi Human it also supplies some good information on this context and a really good show
and in Naruto Shippuden there's a guy who is immortal and the only way he can die is if his head is severed/separated from his body and he isn't feed then he would die of starvation.
I've actually had this question for a few years now happy you addressed it.
But Kyle, if Thor's Hammer just gets heavier as an unworthy person tries to wield it, how come the hammer didn't bring the SHIELD plane down (even if a little) when The Hulk tried to lift it in the movie? Wouldn't it's weight have affected the plane if it got heavi enough for The Hulk to not be able to lift it?
And why did the ground only break around his feet, and not around the hammer itself (considering both exerted the same amount of force downwards at that moment)?
Also, if it worked with a gravitational field, wouldn't it just attract anything that got near it (perhaps even the person trying to lift it)? I mean, you can't just create a focused area of gravity on the part of the hammer facing down...
That's why their theory is wrong. It's magic, period. No physical explanation works.
best guess from a non nerd. it changes its gravity to just past the point of lifting so hulk pulls up he is holding all the weight and the portion on the ground is then very little. also the gravity changing properties could change the gravity how it chooses, aka the point facing down and not the entire thing. that could explain the last 2 questions. lastly kevin, magic and since have always walked hand in hand throughout history. in our realm, magic is just unexplained physics until we advance put knowledge
+Devin Laviolette the main problem with magic is exactly that we can't explain it. it can't be gravity because it works as a field, and affects anything around it. how could it hold Loki down to the ground but not attract him to itself? how can it attach itself to the plane floor but Hulk can't just pull with enough force to break the ground around it and lift it?
Devin Laviolette
In the DC universe, Superman is vulnerable to magic, AKA it is a force without known or reproducible physical properties. In the comic universe, magic is not unexplained physics, but actual mystical manipulation of time/space/matter. That said, do I agree with your definition of magic in our universe? Absolutely, but it in no way applies to the fictional universe of comics.
+Kevin Davis reasonable, I just want to try and see this from a scientific point of view
I look forward to seeing him as the new mythbusters host
Enjoying your show ..

well the way we create more banana plants is by cutting the apart and replanting them. so if we can do it with bananas why not Deadpool? lol
Because biology!
cuz bananas don't bleed to death......
seriously (assuming the question was somewhat serious):
cuts from a plant can absorb new resources. When you put it into a glass of water, the pressure inside the plant still continues to pump new water and stuff into it. It doesn't need roots to absorb resources.
Also, this functions without any instructions. Plants don't have a nervous system.
Most of the stuff a plant does, happens automatically. Capillar pressure, osmosis.....
Photosynthesis not so much, but it happens on a cellular level.
Plants do not have organs....
But even with plants, it does matter which parts you take. If you take any plant and cut off all roots and leaves, it'll die.
If you decapitate Deadpool, the body does not have a brain telling its hard to pump, its lungs to breathe etc...
The head doesn't have a digestive system providing new resources, no heart pumping those resources into the brain, no lungs enriching the blood with oxygen....
Healing factor alone doesn't cut it once vital organs are lost.
because plants have no brains.
No mention of how Wade regenerated completely from just a finger?
There was even a moment, though I don't remember if it was Deadpool or Wolverine, where he regenerated his whole body just from one blood cell
+Arek15Arek Wolverine did that
wasn't it Lobo tho?
Or a drop of blood
like jordan said, they are very inconsistent lol
Kyle,
Morphallaxis is the regeneration of specific tissue in a variety of organisms due to loss or death of the existing tissue. The word comes from the Greek allazein, which means to exchange.
The classical example of morphallaxis is that of the Cnidarian hydra, where when the animal is severed in two (by actively cutting it with, for example, a surgical knife) the remaining severed sections form two fully functional and independent hydra. The notable feature of morphallaxis is that a large majority of regenerated tissue comes from already-present tissue in the organism. That is, the one severed section of the hydra forms into a smaller version of the original hydra, approximately the same size as the severed section. Hence, there is an "exchange" of tissue.
Researchers Wilson and Child showed circa 1930 that if the hydra was pulped and the disassociated cells passed through a sieve, those cells then put into an aqueous solution would shortly reform into the original organism with all differentiated tissue correctly arranged.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morphallaxis
Did anyone else spot the reversed poster of star wars and the reversed text on the inside of the door in the beginning. I guess they did it this way so that kyle’s shirt would have the same continuity throughout the episode (the way the buttons overlap)
I hate you for not answering that question at the end T.T
me 2 😠
All they do is mirror the image. He writes normally on a glass pane, and then they flip it. I looked at how his shirt buttons up to confirm it. The wrong side is on top when he's writing in the video.
OH DAMN YOU'RE RIGHT! His microphone also changes sides whenever he's writing vs not writing!
Yep, and the folds on both of his pockets flip to the other side.
impressive observational skillz
Can you do a video on how fast/strong Dragonball Z characters are?
bump
Goku's instant transmission is faster than logic
I get a ton of questions about training in increased gravity, gonna have to do that soon. -- KH
+Nerdist that would be awesome
It's faster than teleportation and that's not even logical. XD
Oh my God I'm sitting here watching this video tonight realizing you predicted a scene in the Deadpool sequel where he gets cut in half or more or less pulled in half
Tho that is assuming the cells are dividing non normally and making 2 cells while consuming one, under normal conditions the cell would only make 1 copy of itself, and that copy could either replace the consumed cell, or replace the destroyed cell, either way you now end up with 3 cells when you started with 4 cells as one cell is destroyed, and another is consumed to attempt to regenerate the destroyed cell
His breaking the fourth-wall and regeneration are related; the part of Deadpool that continues is his story. To kill Deadpool, you must destroy the comic containing him - or at least not read it.
xDDD cool one
yep. yep. yep.
so, every image of deadpool is deadpool.....so deadpool is a weeping angel? ^^
So curiosity killed a deadpool eh? cool
+famousfreind The opposite, apathy
That´s just a theory... , I see what you did there.
he draws on glass how he normally would draw and then they flip the image around so it doesnt appear backwards to the viewer. some people are simply ambidexterous which is why he can use both hands to draw.
Maximum Effort
I LOVE THAT BIT
Its probably similar to the guy in Beyonders: A World Without Heroes by Brandon Mull, In here there is someone with similar ability's, and though he doesn't regrow parts, cutoff parts can transfer blood and oxygen with the rest of the body with teleportation.
Plz feature me next vid :)
yea because he had the ability for portals to be made wherever he was seperated
I'm liking just because you referenced beyonders
but hey that's just a theory a film theory and cut.
i always thought he had to put the head wear it goes, and the cells in between the cut would come back, making his head and body reattached.
You are ALOT better than game theory! You actually make it intresting and you seem to really seem to know and understand what you say, matpat seems like hes just spewing out things like a computer.
Cant get enough "dp" 😏
#infiniteDP
Bow chicki bow wow
+FreeBaconTacos hey chicki bum bum
Maybe that's why he uses two swords!
I was actually thinking I'm pretty sure another industry has already developed a rather wide consumer base which has already used and popularized the acronym "dp".
That Game Theory Reference ... 😂😂😂 Deadpool would approve
If you cut deadpools hand in half but in a way were both pieces are still connected to him and held the pieces apart, would the pieces connect making a wider hand or would they just never heal?
Or would the two separate half grow the other half giving him an extra hand?
A FILM THEORY, AAAAAND CUT
game theory didn't do it first film theory did
Herbert Orwenyo the same guy
Samet Bay i know but 2 different channels ✋ boi
Herbert Orwenyo yes
You shpuld have said matpat
really
Well as far as Wolverine is concerned, he has to reattach the missing body part. In Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk, the Hulk tore Wolverine in half. As Wolverine pulled himself along he commented to himself that his legs aren't going to grow themselves back.
Later Wolverine is decapitated by S.H.I.E.L.D. and he's still alive and able to talk. Despite his lungs being in another room, he is still able to breathe through his skin. Even in a room deprived of oxygen, he still didn't die. His brain just went into stasis. In order to permanently kill Wolverine you have to destroy his brain.
Wolverine also regenerated from a single drop of his blood
Grasp My Malok
Never read that story but I have heard of it. Has that happened multiple times or just the once?
Wolverine has said at one time, he thought drowning might actually kill him. Since he had the adamantium he's been deathly afraid of water
crazyjr
Since he would be deprived of oxygen his brain would likely go into stasis but he wouldn't be completely dead. Pull him out of the water and pump the water out of his lungs and he should revive, as is implied in the movie version of Days of Future Past
I have seen both DOFP and the origins movies, yes in the movies it's hinted that he could survive. I'm refering to a comis i read a while ago. Wolverine was in an underwater faculty (lab, hideout, IDK) and reading his thoughts, he was afraid, if the mission failed he'd definitely die. So at least in his mind he thought it was possible
I like the theory from the game and movie is that small body parts regrow and lager just need to be put back in place to work again
here's something- from what we see, the parts that get cut off don't grow back bodies, only the place where the wound is on his original body grows the part. That feels like the best way of working it out, especially for narrative reasons.
In comcis Deadpools healing factor is better the Ol' Wolfies
L0ST S0UL I have a feeling that you have yet to discover fire before learning writing...
If you kept his head and body separate, could you grow two deadpools?
And then, ala theseus' ship paradox, which one is the original deadpool?
Broken Jesuit how is that a paradox? The head is the real one
The head has grown into an evil version of dp before so it wouldnt be the head would have to be body haha
Everyone knows the REAL defining factor to Deadpool is... Well, in his pants... So the parts that regenerate from that are the real Deadpool. Which is why the head turned evil.
No deadpool isn't a potato he can't be used a a corp
A Film Theory! Aaaaaand Cut!
I think you could use the hand cut off scene as an example in the movie his hand didn’t grow a new dead pool so I think the majority of his body mass grows back the body part not that the hand is the same as head but idk it’s a possibility
Kyle, you DO realize what DP more commonly stands for right? Not sure that's a good thing to hashtag! :)
Did you see the look on his face when he said it? He knows.
I think he knows ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
He knows...from experience.
Yeah that was... Definitely intended.
Can you do a video on why we have headaches or get sick
Johnathan Rivera Those types of science videos don't go here, but I mean getting sick is very simple, you just have a bacteria or a virus attaching your cells
@screwattack death battle already answered the healing part in Wolverine Vs Raiden saying his healing stems from his brain
The only time they were right about something
There's a difference between movie dp and comic dp. In the comics he's curses with immortality, which is why he's able to live after decapitation. I think only a throw into a volcano or something similar will be able to shut dp up for good.
4:21 HE ISNT A DEAD MAN...
he's a deadpool.
You explained before how a magnetic field might contain a coiled ring of plasma to make a lightsaber work without plasma going everywhere but would it also completely contain the heat from the plasma like that? Could you hold a lightsaber handle with your fingers only inches away from where the plasma is coming out without being burned? Could you even turn it on within a foot or two of something flammable without it igniting? Gas stations in that galaxy must get nervous when they see jedi filling up their tanks.
You're right, without something exotic I'm not thinking off, plasma at that temperature would set a room on fire. -- KH
I've always favored my own BS explanation for this. (Everyone likes their own brand.) I never went with magnetic containment for lightsaber plasma because heat. What we do know, though, is that the Star Wars universe has any number of variations on force fields, and that they can be fine-tuned. Ray shields probably let air through so you don't suffocate while you stand there trapped like a dumbass. Hangar bays have shields that keep air IN but let ships and whatnot go through. SO.... My version of a lightsaber generates the plasma, but contains it using a force field that sorts by energy level. This field will allow matter through as long as the matter is relatively cool, which it isn't as soon as it contacts plasma at star temperatures. Read on, bear with me. High energy is blocked, low energy gets through. The high energy plasma is contained, the reasonably low-energy visible light that gives the blades color passes through, high energy blaster bolts are blocked, other lightsabers are blocked. And here's my favorite bit- We've seen that the blades take time to cut through heavy materials (blast doors), and rebound from heavy structural components, leaving a relatively shallow cut. If the plasma is that hot, why doesn't it slice steel beams and whatnot like buttah? Because the lightsaber force field also only allows a tiny, tiny bit of matter inside. Just the fraction of a gram needed to turn to plasma. When the blade hits a steel beam, the first bit of steel touched is immediately heated to plasma temperatures and is inside the blade's force field. Too much matter, and too hot, so the field spits it out, exposing cooler material, which it heats, then also spits out. This process slows down the cutting of denser materials. Voila! I like it, anyway... I'm thinking if this force field also limits the amount of kinetic energy that can go through, it'll block slugthrowers as well. Damn, I'm nerded out....
That's an interesting way to look at it.
I appreciate that. I know it was way off in TL:DR territory, but I'm happy knowing one person skimmed it at least. :-)
It just occurred to me that OF COURSE the field sorts for high/low kinetic energy as well. Kinetic energy and heat are kissin' cousins. (That's how real scientists describe it, I'm told.)
I read it too ! :D interesting theory! Makes sense.
Your hair is amazing dude
there was that one time wolverine regenerated from a single drop of blood.
but tbf thats stupid cos that should mean a clone every time he bleeds
just like the letter kyle read in this video, the severed body part grows the rest of the body back if it is all thats left but it shouldnt be able to know if its all thats left because its severed
i heard he can regenerate from a single cell but i dont know if thats legit...
Except I'm pretty sure there's been a comic where Deadpool grew back from a single blood cell
he has been melted, and wasnt phased by it
None of this even matters because writers have the ultimate deus ex machina from the Thanos-Death-Deadpool story line.
Dimic that was wolvorine
Dimic that was wolverine
Hi Kyle
My appreciation.
Hello there. I usually don't comment, but I have something I'm very curious about. I'm a vaper. I've been vaping five year and lately started working at a vape shop. I thought maybe this channel could cover ohms law and it's applications? I love the science. It's super easy.
On one other thought, I wanted to poke at the idea of explaining the science behind what happens when you blow a smoke ring.
Haha.. Katana! I was thinking the same, wasn't giving attention to the 'real life deadpool' 🤣🤣
I am very tempted to say something like "FilmTheorie did the first" just to see what happens but he just talked about how to kill him sooo...
Dead to me. -- KH
can you do something on dragonball? i would tell you on twitter but i dont have on
not a lot of people know this but deadpool can starve, drown, suffocate, and thirst to death just like a normal human. do i need to go into detail?
*****
OK then 😄
No he cant as Thanos cursed him with the inability to die.
have you ever saw the reeaall deadpool in nature the planaria, you cut an 1/200th piece of'em and still grow a full body of that piece.
I heard that if you also partially slice a Planaria’s front end in half, you could easily end up with two heads connected to one body.
WOW that ending was
So in line with decapitation, in Ultimate Wolverine, Shield cut off his head, but both Shield and Wolverine were surprised that he survived. His body didn't grow a new head, nor head a new body, but rather the cells in his head adapted to breathe through his skin and continue blood flow with his heart. Ultimate Wolverine is different, apparently, in that his healing factor is actually a survival power of sorts that allows his body to adapt as needed to stay alive.
Did Kyle throw shade at NDGT ? #ShotsFired
HOW DID HE GET THAT KATANA
But once he starts to regrow any cells could he not then divide those cells and regenerate the parts of the cells he wouldve lost during replacement? From any amount of tissue? (Not taking into account how much time that would take)
I have a really hard question to answer about his regeneration. If he regenerates from the biggest part left I don't really see how that makes sense. How does the parts of Deadpool know which part to regenerate from especially if his brain is destroyed and he can only regenerate from a body part, and how do his parts know which is the biggest part to regenerate from. My thinking is that if his body parts can recreate his brain, then any part of Deadpool would regenerate a new being ultimately creating infinite Deadpools.
