In Mallorca (Spain), the Viva Sunrise resort has an authentic machine of this. I blew so much money on it, lmao. Its a great game. If you're ever on vacation in the area, I reccomend it
We have had 2 of these cabinets in our basement since i was born and a little trick if any of you are playing on the arcade cabinet is to use the Low/High gear lever and use low gear for the first 5 seconds of the race and then shift into high after that. You can also shift from high to low when entering a turn to make a drift without losing a ton of your speed.
Strange I have been looking for that game for 20 years and could not remember the title. Found it while looking into my Arcade PCB collection and found that I have the 2 Arcade Board (inside a metallic frame) with a curious name on it "Speed Up". Well I have a huge pcb collection and haven't look at it in 15 years.
