I have the same car, it's great, but I want to know what kind of oil to use, which you recommend for the same car that you have, what kind of oil do you use for the engine
I use full synthetic oil and the other ones for high mileage cause my cars 95k already!! For the oil number i forgot but its on the engine cap! If ya need the actual number!!! Cheers 🍻 fellow kia owner!!

@@Mohammed84. depends on where you live, but usually 5w20 will do your thing.
10w30 if you live in a hot area.
First #: lowest winter ❄️ temperature

Mine is 2007 from australia. Air filter box and ducting is different and I cant find the MAF sensor. Can anyone help?
Try checking kia forums for diagrams
How about contact cleaner it is safe for MAF sensor?

I got an 08 spectra EX, and the P0449 code comes out, i bought a new gas cap, do you know were the evap solenoid is located, and the charcoal canister??
That one is hard might need to look up forums to know exactly what to do!!! Cause i know youre gonna need to do some digging in the car sorry bud happy wrenching tho
My Evap was on top of the fuel tank 😑. I drive a Kia Spectra5 2005. Might be the same location. Makes for a difficult change
If this issue not fixed for awhile..can it damage the engine?
of course.. you can cause build up of deposits and over time cause it to sludge up and even worst burn up but yeah try cleaning with carb throttle cleaner..and yeah then start replacing maf sensor and then more
a bad oil control valve affects the idle heavily: code P0011

So I got new coil pack new wires and spark plugs. But it's still jerking ugly and hesitates to move.
Check your throttle body if its dirty and also MAF sensor. In the air intake!!! And try cleaning your PCV
Should I replace them instead of cleaning them????
start off by checking
FOR LEAKS AND OR CRACKS IN YOUR HOSES
and connectors
then...
the throttle body..
iacv..
maf sensor
maf sensor hoses
and your PCV and pcv hoses..
if not...check your sparkplugs and wire!!!!!
So, my car turns off whenever my AC is on typically when I'm in idle. Would this help it as well?
Check your MAF sensor and if not might be your in need of a tune up(spark plugs..sparkplig wires and more) cause if AC ons and car dies out you might have also a power problem.. like dying alternator and or weak battery.. could be tons! Try scanning and looking up the code
@@MarkPuke13 yeah, I figured I'd start with cleaning of this. I replaced the plugs 2 years ago but not the wires... it's so confusing because other than when my ac is on the car is pretty silent. Just when I am backing up or going slow car may turn off if it's on. Ahhh, so confusing hahah

What do you mean by a vacuum leak???
crack in hoses..extra air getting pulled in..and the fuel getting addded too much.
