My mouth is watering!! Never have I had lamb but it looks delicious. Never tried fire roasted beans. Yet. I pray the bones don't splinter and pierce his intestines or harm him. He looked like he enjoyed it.

I was so looking forward to part 2 and you dont disappoint - I thoroughly enjoyed ! ! ! The smoked salt... what a womderful idea/product! Certainly will follow the link and will buy from them if it helps. Listen, It is _very_ good that you're giving Cornelius the bones. My sister is a vet, and she tells her clients with dogs that the best regular thing they can do for them is to give healthy chew, especially raw bones with the tendon still on them - it cleans their teeth and gums most people don't know this... that many inflamatory diseases start in the mouth with dogs. So you're doing your little warrior friend a tremendous favor for his health! Sorry to go on like this Tom, and iknow you're busy, but I wanted you to know for sure this so that Cornelius can be happy and healthy longer! Thank you for the Spring Blessings! I had giving up on ever getting back in the woods . At 460 lbs. I was not able to do a lot of things . But my Dr. now has me on some kind of medicine that has been helping lose weight . So maybe by next year I can get and do a few things in the woods . You keep up the great work Brother , You have no idea how much inspiration you are to people like me . Blessings to you my Brother , Stay safe out there and have fun .

You need an antler topped walking staff with a fetch bag (hamar) for your ancestral hitching post.
You also need to make the pup a leather straddle for fun, or at least some leather armor. That would be fun.

Nice that you have such a nice Easter time. Here it's sunny today yet it is still below 0 Celcius and there is still an icy snow cover on the ground. I long for the month of May when we can truly talk about spring around here. I watched latest video from Jona Jinton and I can say that our climates are very similar except we don't have days when the sun is hardly seen although our days in the winter are much shorter. @@cimbrerbushcraft-vikingheritag I will stay warm as I have a small electric heater under the table. not enough to smelt metal, just enough to keep my place comfortable. I smelt metal in an old cast iron box stove by 1999 and 2000, Then I had a very strong and long brick chimney and I would smelt beer cans and silver and others without smoke and it would heat the place real well. Nowadays I wouldn't suggest anyone try anything like that. There are more efficient and safer ways to do that. Your work is going well and I wish you will find a way to make these ornaments in a safe way. Happy Easter again and see you along the journey. 🐰🥚🐓🌞

big sigh of relief when i realized you used the right liquid for your stone to sharpen your hatchet :) and you know what liquid i was hoping it wasn't. :) Happy Easter them lamb chops looked delicious... Cornelius and dem bones was so funny, anytime before i lost my dog when i wanted to watch a movie in peace n quiet i always bought a big bone from the store for her to chew on.

Here, we don't like to give dogs small bones, like chicken and chop bones,, they can get them stuck in their teeth and throat, 😢,, it's ok to give them big cow bones, which they can gnaw on,,
I once had to quickly find a pair of pliers to get a small bone out of my dog's jaws,.. he was absolutely panicking, because he couldn't close his mouth,, I'd no idea what I'd have done without the pliers,,, 🐶,,
So ever since then,, no bones for my dogs,, it's too risky,, 🐕😍🐕🐶

When splitting pieces of wood on soft ground, baton your axe into the wood until just stuck and then flip your axe over and hit the back of the axe on another piece of wood or a rock. The wood will use it's own weight to split itself. If using a rock, be careful of splinters of the rock coming off.

My little french bulldog loves munching on bones. It took her a bit to figure out what to do with them, but she loves them now.

Tom, dogs should not eat cooked bones as they splinter. Raw bones are fine. Have you tried 4th Generation Morning Blend. It's been a favorite tobacco of mine this spring. Skål

You really do need solid ground to chop fire wood with a axe or cold steel mechete it's tough if you don't have solid ground.

I kinda broke the rules went on the wildlife refuge trail not really suppose do fire but used my home job alchole stove only cooked some strips steak limited fire and coco. But it was nice. I was alone Easter so thought be nice dog fo small trip like. Was care no chance things catch fire beyond what fire needed for.

And yes, dogs can eat bones, specially beef bones. But NOT cooked chiken bones, those are dangerous for dogs as they become brittle when cooked.

Don't feed you dogs chicken bones, because they can spinner and puncture their stomach, beef, lamb are ok as long as there 4 or more inches long.

All creatures on the planet need sodium!!! All mammals brains float in what is essentially salt water like the ocean. Without electrolytes (sodium) our brains would not be able to have electrical impulses (any creature you could think of is an electrochemical being). You could say that too much salt is not good for anyone and you would be correct. The little bit of salt that was given to the dog was not bad at all and was probably good for him. And you are very correct the Raw bones are excellent for a dog's oral hygiene and health.

Most Dogs will eat bones , but they do like to bury them also ! never give them chicken bones though . they splinter , and can get stuck in their throat . 🦴
