You know I was wondering why it was taking you a while to upload, then I looked at the wiki to see what country you were suppose to form next, it all made sense when I saw you had to form an african nation.
You could have went through the decolonization focus real quick, then just release all of the countries in East Africa, before choosing to play as Kenya when releasing them.

I once played as ireland in 56 to form the celts, and I would like to give you some highlights: (Making this based on historical gameplay)
1. Get all the manpower you can have from buffs
2. If on historical, join the axis but do not join the war until france falls.
3. Get cheap paratroopers, a small border guard to defend your land, and motorized/cavalry to maneuver across the UK and capitulate them when they're overextended.

If you play Communist, you can get an Army Spirit where you just clone Manpower.
Also the Soviets can also give you some resources.
And I think there is a mechanic where you can yoink your allies land if they are non aligned or smth if you retake the land.
Everyone says that one but it's not like that
It gives you 500 manpower per week = 26000 per year
Mathematically it's only better for nations under 1.5 million core population(central american ones, microstates, etc). For bigger ones fascist tree gives more(7% recruitable)
Tanzania has 4.6M core, definitely not doing good with just the communist manpower.
Im so tired of the notion that it creates manpower out of thin air. Its called ideological loyalty. Its meant to be communists from other countries travelling to join your army. Not your country creating humans from dust.

During parliament he farts everyone out of the room, this gives hime more time alond to pass documents and install edicts to give him and his party more leverage in government and make it seem that the others are stagnant because after he chases everyone out of the room he messes with their documents.

Never hate on this Formable, wish I could post a photo of my ironman conquest and the level I managed to stretch this formable. It so much fun to play, I would always suggest playing it on non historical, if you manage to get a decolonising UK as well as a few other things that can go greatly to your advantage you can really become a world power with some luck and decent divisions, going from 1 tile Burundi to a nation spanning the whole world is so satisfying. I ended the game in 1959 with a Communist empire stretching from South Africa, to Türkiye, to Malaysia. One of the most fun playthroughs I've ever had. Really one of those once the ball gets rolling it can't be stopped nations.
