I used to be sad all the time, I used to chose ppl over myself, I didn’t love life until tow weeks ago. I feel like I got a wake up call, and I realised that nothing is important as myself cuz I will live with myself until I die. So, I started prioritising myself, my grades, my happiness and me time over ppl. I distanced myself from the ppl that make me feel bad and not perfect, and now I became so happy. I’m glad that we’re both living life with our best version❤️
I can definitely recommend therapy. Just having someone that truly listens objectively and doesn’t judge/ shares their own experience/opinion. And just tries to help you get to the bottom of all of it. Especially if you never had anyone that truly listens to you.
