60% of your body is made from water. It’s essential to know the differences between water and the effects it will play on your body.
Tap water may be the cheapest and most convenient water to consume, but according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the USA has one of the safest water systems in the world. All public water systems follow guidelines set by the EPA. However, the EPA doesn’t monitor private wells. More than 13 million homes in the USA get their water from private wells, and it’s up to the owner to ensure the water is safe.
In 2014, in Flint, Michigan, more than 100,00 people were exposed to high levels of lead linked to severe health problems, especially in pregnant women and young children.
Tap water is treated with fluoride, but that doesn’t stop other contaminants around the United States. According to tapwater.co 90% of Miami-Dade County water comes from Biscayne Aquifer but has known risks of microplastics and leaching from pipes. The water is treated with chlorine.
It’s safe to drink, but I don’t know if you want water that has been treated with chemicals. Think about the long-term effects of drinking chemical-treated water.
I don’t want to find out. Here’s some of the best water that I drink that’s in its purest and cleanest form to drink.

I only drink ozark spring water. Everything else is just filtered city water. Spring water is regulated to make sure it’s actual spring water from the earth.

I thought plastic water bottles are okay if they’re BPA free/non-BPA so plastic/chemical particles don’t mix in with the water. If I’m wrong, please correct me. I’ve also read not to drink water from plastic bottles that have been exposed to heat for that same reason.
Everything that gets in contact with plastic is bad for consuming . There is a reason whine and other stuff are not carried by plastic .
I think we only use plastic because is cheaper and more convenient than glass and metal .

Tap water is usually not treated with fluoride in Europe, it‘s only a concern in the US.
Pellegrino water also isn‘t really good as firstly, it tastes horrible, secondly, it‘s a subsidiary of Nestle Waters and thirdly won‘t be that clean therefore.

Pretty sure added minerals are better for you but mostly only if it's like potassium, magnesium, calcium. And drinking purely distilled would suck minerals out of your body. Cheaper waters always add some minerals back "for taste"

Yeah, water is expensive if you don't filter it or distill it, sometimes I catch rainwater and boil and filter it. Store bought is out of the question, but anything is better than soda, because it's loaded with sugar. If you do buy the store water, make sure you also buy some of those single serve tea, that's pretty good and there not loaded with sugar like the soda drinks.

In rural parts of Germany and Poland tap water quality is excellent.
Just go tap water. Less stress, much cheaper, it's on tap, it's instant, you never run out which is mentally and physically healthier and it saves your teeth. If it was unsafe and killing you, they would cut off your water supply. I should do an educational video on tap water, showing me filling up a glass while turning a tap and explaining the benefits of it.
