I’ve been battling DIVOC 🔄. Ughhhh…I found that lovely fabric at a thrift store and knew it was meant to be for mice quilts! I just love making mice. It has been a beautiful fall here and winter is upon us! So good to see you dear friends!❤️❤️🦔🤠
I have a sewing machine at my moms my memaw gave me I have forgotten how to use bobbin it’s been so long. This sewing machine is very old Singer it has a table that flips like a desk. It’s extremely heavy. I thought about bringing it to my house and using it as a desk. But I have to get my stepdad to haul it and I have to measure to make sure it’s not to wide my bedroom is very small. My husband got me a laptop for Christmas because mine is old. I wish they made one identical to my old laptop I thought about buying upgrade for it but they told me it wouldn’t work

I will I got to remember how to sew I have a quilt I want to make. My little granny taught me how to make quilts by hand I have one that her and I worked on together before we finished it she passed away so my husband grandma helped me finish it. So both our grandma’s helped I love this quilt it’s Dutch doll she gave it to me on my Birthday. Because I helped her make it. Her and I was very close around every holiday I miss her because I would help her. She taught me how to cook. My mom worked and every weekend I would stay with her because I helped her around her house. I went to church with my Aunt who lived next door. I have that quilt in my closet when I organize my closet I’ll take a picture of it and share it on Circle of Friends so you can see it. I may have a picture of it because I took one if I can find it I’ll share it on there. I’m going to be tackling my closet soon my heart hasn’t let me do much lately.

I love the art of hand sewing, although I love machine quilting with what I have learned. I love Kate at “The Last Homely House” on CZcams. She has taught me a lot about machine quilting and she is so good for my soul. Thank you for sharing…I just love it.❤️❤️

See, I'm an old fart too! I knew it was either chicken or turkey. We ate on our bird 3 times, an will now turn our bird into 3 more meals. The Mr has already said he wants turkey potpie. But it's froze up, ready to go. 🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰
