I'll suggest you do more of protective styling and do more of your hair treatments on your protective styles. You can do treatments on styles like mini braids or cornrows. This will make you manipulate your hair less. You can do the protective styles and change it every 1month or 6 weeks. Wash your hair in the protective state every week or every two weeks. This method has really helped me retain so much length. Just do what works for you

I love your CZcams channel 🖤🖤🖤 I get excited whenever you post a video. We have the same hair length, but your hair is a lot thicker than mine. I've been natural for 4 years and 2 months. My hair grows but I don't retain my length and that is why it is not as long as it's supposed to be. I'm trying my best this year to start taking care of my hair and using all your tips to see if it will make a difference. My goal is for my hair to be thick and reach bra strap length at the end of this year. I'm investing so much in my hair this year and am hoping to accomplish my goal.

I thjnk my hair grows a quarter inch monthly. So annoying. But my first year being natural, i did cornrows and wore wigs and used biotin and git 6 inches that year. But when i do lots of braids and dont use supplements, it breaks easily.
So i just got wild growth hair oil which i have used before and biotin caps that will last a year. I am aiming for 17 inches to 20 inches by december. Using wigs and cornrows too and cardi b s hair mask twice a month

My recommendation is that why not try henna, hibiscus,,moringa ,,amla ,fenugreek, blackseed ,Castor oil, olive oil ,avocado oil, nd u can also use avocado nd banana as a deep conditioning nd try to do scalp massage once or twise per with any oil mixt of ur choice nd Shea butter is very good for the hair also is very good to eat a lot of fruits nd drink a lot of water like eat healthy like vegetables, fish, meat ,eggs, legumes nd also u can eat dry fruits e.t.c also u need to take ur vitamins nd also biotin like do healthy things some exercise twise per week u can also do protein treatment .nd tea rinses with rice water is also good also try perperment oil, tea tree oil ,lavender oil nd rosemary oil is also good for the hair....also why not try to do a low manipulations style to tuck ur ends away for like two month something like twist out or braidout but still moisturizing ur hair that will help u a lot in ur hair journey if consistence.nd also check ur products , ur técnic nd wat u do,,,,nd pls stress less nd less manipulation...bcos if u manipulate ur hair to much it won’t grow ...so ur hair needs break ...so those ar my tips for u ...u can also try to us carrot in ur regimen....nd if u want direction on how to use the product listed let me know....trust me if u do all of this product u will see changes in ur hair...both thickness., longer, fullness , e.t.c ....okay
