Most affordable or "least unaffordable" as I call it. Thanks for the overview :-) Actually flew into EDNY today, just a bit too late for AERO ;)

    The bristell b23 seems amazing!

  • @ashokaliserilthamarakshan5079

Very nicely done. Please do a follow up at Aero F 2023. I bet the prices have gone up significantly in this last crazy year. Affordable is a relative term :)

Great Concept, love seeing something a common person could afford.

I missed the VL3 Evolution by JMB Aircraft.
    Keep up the good work.
    Congratulations.

Hi there! Thanks for your comment. I've been sitting in it at AERO and it's an awesome machine. I didn't cover it in this video because it doesn't belong in the certified category. In most countries it flies in the respective national Ultralight or Experimental category. However JMB is apparently targeting EASA and FAA certification. I might cover it separately in a future video ;)

The aero adventure II is over half those brand new and it’s an amphibious.

Great video! What about the Aquila planes? They'd be in this category, too.

I found the elixir the most comfortable low wing cockpit to enter. A pitty they don’t do an ultralight 600 MTOW.

how was the sitting? looks rounded and that someone would just keep sliding down and forward

That was a lovely tour of a show that I would not have the chance to go to. Love the Tecnam 2008. Didn't realize it was much less than the others. Can it be upgraded to the Rotax 915? Nicest looking one in my opinion!

I believe what they call 'OneShot' is the same as what Americans call 'RTM - Resin Transfer Molding.'

Tecnam P2010 TDI is the only one that can help you get a real pilot license; the rest of them are considered sports airplanes or two-seaters; won't work in the US.

    • @brent1041
      @brent1041 Před rokem

You can get a normal private pilot’s license in a sport plane

@@brent1041 You are probably right. I learned a thing from you, but if your flight school only has two-seaters, students may want to choose a different school cuz it doesn't feel right.

My Flight School had everything from C150,c172, c182 piper Cherokee and 3 Tecnam p92 eaglets. And the lsa’s are what everybody rented out to do their private pilot because they were so much cheaper. And they were a little tougher to control with Crosswinds, so it was actually better training.
