That "Hum Bucker" is all bucked up! Sounds like a whole lot of hum! So loud it overpowers your voice at 4:00!
Pretty sure it's because one of them (the neck pickup, I believe) is wired in reverse.

Be great if they got one of those Alex Lifeson Les Pauls (either Gibson or Epiphone with the Floyd and piezo saddles (such a crazy combination, I’m surprised no one else has done that.)
Check out Music Man guitars, they do that.

At least the Epiphones have the SD Distortion in the bridge. I still pulled out both pickups and swapped in EMG 85 in the bridge and 81 in the neck position. The replacement nut arrives tomorrow for the improperly installed one they ALL have.

@@gainonten4031 All the new Epiphone Adam Jones signature Les Pauls have the nut installed wrong. They didn't center it first, and just sanded all the excess off the low E side. This puts the low E right on the edge of the first fret. Junk. Gotta center it first, and sand equal amounts off each end to center the strings.
I would rather have the Gibson pickup , it’s essentially a dirty fingers which I prefer to the SD , just my personal preference

The Epiphone version please..it seems a lot of you seem to forget that if not for Les Paul and Epiphone there would be No Gibson Les Paul today that's a fact..

Not a Bad Paul...
I expected the entire guitar to be in Silverburst, not just the top and a black back and neck..
Silverburst was reviled as a finish when it came out in the late ‘70s.. Guitars in SB would sit forever in shops, finally being discounted just to get rid of them.. It’s why the total production of original SB guitars is low in comparison to other finishes during that time.. Now, SB is specifically attached to Adam Jones..
Now I want a Marauder or S1 in Silverburst, lol.. Or even a Sonex 180 Custom..
That guitar is just a Standard with a SB top for premium money, kinda weak overall..
its the same price as other les paul standards
great player, but the guitar tonal range is limited compared to several other Les Pauls

I think only the Custom Shop version came with that, and you had to put it on yourself for some reason.

Haaa... These were $ 400. To $600. In Soo many Pawnshops & Music stores. ( Used) late 80's - mid 90' But @ that time, Sooo many Better/Cooler, Better sounding @ the same price. Sooo it's Hillarious that "Silver Burst" are a TEMPORARY thing. Oh well.
Not to be a negative Nelly, but I can't understand why anyone would pay 10k plus for one of those. If i put 10k in front of you, then lined up a handful of guitars you can get for 10k-11k, I can't imagine you turning down something like a 65 sg, or a 69 lp custom, or a 60's fender tele etc etc for an adam.jones signature les paul.
This is not the 10k custom shop model, this is the Gibson USA standard which retails for about 3k

All serial numbers are known, so if someone tried to sell them it might get flagged (depends on if the shop checks the serial numbers).
Definitely sounds like what a Les Paul is supposed to sound like. Big, round, and fat.
The Epiphone Adam Jones Custom is more similar to Jones' guitar than this.
Yes, because this is a LP Standard version, not a Custom. The Epiphone is a LP Custom.
