The best contraceptive is letting girls watch a natural birth, explaining how the body is 'scarred' and would need healing. How your bladder will never be the same, the stretch marks, the sagging tits, nausea and sleepless nights, swollen feet and so on.
Fun fact: you lose about a third of your lung capacity while pregnant while significantly increases your blood volume. So you have much less lung capacity and much more blood to oxygenate. No wonder heavily pregnant women tend to feel crap.
Your brain also decreases in size during pregnancy and returns to normal 6 months after pregnancy. Big RIP to women who choose to slide out one right after another
@@glassy_rose it's not usually too much of a problem unless it's extreme as far as I know but it can lead to extra fatigue and fainting spells. Compression socks and increasing sodium in your diet can help. If you know you have low blood pressure it's best to tell your doctor at your health visits.

I was in the choir. When pregnant for 5 months I couldn't get enough breath. So I had to stand while everyone else sat during practice. I needed room for my diaphragm to move and gravity for the baby to sit lower to give my lungs more room to expand. ❤ So worth it. ❤
