Red gear ka best h 999 wala mai 5 saal use kar rha hu. Aur wo connect disconnect ka issue power ka h pc ke.

They will see and do what is exactly required if they feel repair can solve the issue they will repair and send it , if it can't be repaired they will replace and send it.

Mujhe ACRO vaale 4 mahino se latka rahe hai. Accept karke Bluedart vaalo ne pickup he nahinkiya. Bluedart se pucha toh bolte hai company ne kaha se pickup karna hai bataya he nahi. ACRO waale na WA reply kar rahe hai aur na call. Aaj vapas nayi request daali! 5 mahine se laga pada hu abb last ke 7 days to go for warranty.

Warranty katam usually they don't repair it they usually replace it or just clean it and give you too try once or visit the nearest what they say let me also know as it has always been picked up from my place

How many days it take for them to activate the status my status is still showing pending
2 to 3 working days n full process takes 10 to 15 working days

Refurbished product comes with warranty of 6 month minimum and if you have bought 6 days back you must be having return policy
