I have not watched the entire video as of yet, but at 11.13 you said a heathen is anyone outside of the twelve tribes; contractually in context you are correct but HEATHEN, GENTILE, NATION, PEOPLE all come from the same HEBREW word goy. So, an Israelite can be a GOY as well.
