Can’t believe it’s been 4 months since this video dropped. I miss DON so much. I know it wasn’t the same when Tanner left, but the chemistry with Matthias and the ladies was great. I really would love for them to pick up where the old crew left off.

@@ThePyranthos you r such a fan of the channel, i would only go as far as to say i would miss not having to oppotunity to watch new videos from this channel, this made me remember another channel called KIllem, been a fan of it ever since i subscribed, but it's worse, the killem guy left it abandoned afetr his marriage without much explanation, been 2 years, do i like the channel abandoned down, no, do i have a choice? no, so we may just accept that it happened, i do know that people overworks or burns out in other word. in other day, i was visiting overkill, the style and everything's totally different, maybe matteiw burned out, or dope or nope mattiew is just not actural him. Then he'd better work on something he likes. As far as the notice, well he doesn't know what to do next at time, and maybe he doesn't want the fans influencing his own decision, from the explain video he tells just that, Hope overkill works, as far as me as a viewer, it's just another place another video, myself feels doesn't matter

I agree, but it also harkens back to “classic Matthias” when it was just him on camera and Bryan off-screen. But yeah, Tanner’s humor was hilarious. I enjoyed watching him evolved and become more comfortable on screen. He started off kinda shy and slightly awkward (not in a bad way), but gradually his real personality came out. I miss Michael too. Woods added a more subdued/chill vibe and balanced-out Tanner’s “hyperness”.

I started watching Matthias 6 years ago when he made videos with Brian and the channel has grown and changed so much over the years. I do miss Brian and the old trio, but I know people and channels change.
7 months have passed... I hope Dope or Nope comes back. Been watching since it was the Mathias channel and it's the only channel I have watched every video from for this long...
I don’t believe it’s ever coming back. I’m fact I SWORE there used to be another video uploaded that was more recent than this explaining why dope or nope is never coming back. But for what it’s worth I’m fairly certain Matthias has at least one more channel where he was uploading to recently

I remember watching them 4 years ago and it became a big part of my memories! It's so cool to seem them continuing the channel on, it's changed lots but to still be able to keep it similar despite people leaving and things changing really shows how strong of a channel this is. I love anything Matthias does. This dope or nope is perfectly fine and good content. However I do hope to see some trio stuff soon again as promised (he did say it would still be woods and a special guest occasionally, but we haven’t seen that yet.) miss woods :)

It was a whole deal where he went over employees moving on and said like he’d never publicly fire anyone because it’d damage their reputation even if it was just some slight issue with them not working well with this exact team. But that frankly made it confusing and like did anyone actually leave or were they all fired. And then said that everything was falling apart with this channel and he wasn’t enjoying making the same content and planned to come back with who knows what. Like I said it was fairly well received I didn’t see anyone say anything negative so I’m just confused why it’s gone. Maybe he thinks it’s no longer relevant idk 🤷♂️ I don’t remember all the details well

I use a dog sling for my service dog.
1 because he's small and he gets stepped on if I let him walk in the store.
2 because the things I need him for require him to be closer to my upper body, higher than even a big dog could do while I'm standing.
3 its just works better than a bag.

havent watched this series since maybe idk 2017? i cant remember as its been a crazy past couple years, but definitely before you had a beard. lookin snazzy. i just wanted to say after randomly remembering this series and coming back to watch and seeing you havent uploaded for 3 months, im glad to see it went as long as it did. you may not be done, which is great and i would happily hop back on and watch new uploads. but im glad to see the success you've accomplished regardless.

6:17 I’m pretty sure these shoes are more for people with sensory issues. I know sometimes shoes feel like they are trapping my feet, especially ones with straps, oddly enough (all shoes tend to make my feet feel trapped but ones with straps focus on one spot and sometimes it can just feel a little worse), so I feel like these shoes might actually be helpful to me. If they were comfortable that is.
what about the croc type shoes? i cant wear flip flop too due to middle strap that sqeez between my toe but there are many other style thats doesnt have that.
@@VJETRA I’ve never had crocs. I have flat feet so I need an arch in my shoes to prevent future pain and problems, which really causes a lot of limitations with shoes. I really wish I could though.
think the more common issue is tan/sunburns from sandal straps, also the stairs scenario they showed is another big problem, nearly broke my collarbone falling down stairs cause my sandal slipped halfway whiffing the step

Matthias, you and Dope or Nope were my childhood. I grew up watching you on my tv once my 12 year old self figured out I could watch CZcams on my PS4. Every weekend when we had no family plans my brother and I sat on our beanbags for hours binge watching you and Tanner have a genuine friendship, entertaining us with your jokes and hilarious personalities. I'm 17 now, and coming back to see that its just you is so eye opening. I didn't expect it to be the same how it was 5 years ago, but I wasn't expecting you on your own.
The purpose of this comment: to say thank you. You and Dope or Nope is still in my heart, seeming how I randomly thought of you guys out of the blue. Telling my brother, "hey, remember dope or nope?" and seeing his face light up and face palms completely shows the sheer impact you and this channel had on our childhood.
