    Got to Ride and Drive one of these back in the Early 70s Down in the California Delta.... Rick Frampton owned it...I don't think I've ever seen one Since.

    water cools the moter and they pick it up from what they are driving on, and it goes out the exaust

    Do you run a dry sump oil system and what top speeds can you reach?

      Well being I’m running a 4-10 gear my top speed isn’t very impressive but with cheater bias plies n50/15”’s when it’s hooking up well it will pull mid 10’s in the quarter. No boost or nitrous all motor.

      RON Pilchowski that flame arrestor is for those California lawmakers. While they’re the ones responsible for all the residential neighborhoods being targeted, left with I beams twisted and aluminum being melted at over 2500’F hotter than any house fire. Lol

      +fla playa This doesn't have a v-drive, that's why the engine is in front. The propeller is direct drive from the engine. They are sitting in the back of the boat, at the transom, that's why its called a Crackerbox.

      T Zon You are actually one hundred % correct in this instance. I have worked on many V-drives with fore engine mounting but re looking the angle here you win... Seen gear boxes almost at the bow many a time.
