Did my Level 1 last year with Jonny and Robyn. Seeing this makes me want to do it again. The methodology is great but it’s the red shirts for me are the driver. Jonny especially makes me incredibly excited about CF when I listen to him. Delivery is key and that’s a huge part of my coaching now too.
Johnny is a top coach. Great video showing the great work of the seminar staff spreading their knowledge and experience to help others on their crossfit journey.
Pedro I can barely understand what you all are saying…but I love listening to y’all talk!! This video is amazing and it takes me back to when I took my level one!! Great job DUDE!!
I feel that comment so much from Jonny. Jumping in with class and noticing all the things that aren’t quite where they should be 😅. It takes some serious effort to ignore it and focus on your own workout and just “be a member” in class ❤
I had the same Welsh guy for my level one….pretty sure it’s actually the good looking lad from stereophonics 😂 Learned so much from my L1, great video and money well spent!
@@CoffeePodsAndWodsDo they? The manual is mainly made of reprints of old Glassman articles. Great historically but lots of things in there (eg high intensity>endocrine response>superior adaptations) have been proven wrong for a while and should be updated.
@@CoffeePodsAndWods just to clear things up, I m not commenting on the course you have attended. The one I have attended in January was good overall as well. The people delivering it have a big influence. I'm commenting on the CF L1 content and the exam which are based on the manual. you will find lots of outdated content in there

Robyn was one of my L1 instructors at CF Kelham in Sheffield, absolutely fantastic experience!

Great video Peter! I’ve started looking into finally taking my Level 1 😊
You should! Love this!
Stoked for you, dude!
L1 sure gets a person fired up!
Johnny is the man! Great video, glad you enjoyed the course

The PVC pipe has never felt as heavy as it does during your L1.
Great job Peter!

Beautifully captured my man. This is great!
Excellent job on the video and your L1. I have found that the L1 is time and money well spent.
Thanks Peter , cool stuff
Need to reread Level 1 and 2 books
A life changing weekend!❤
This is CEO @Fon Daul approved!
Peter, as always, great content man.
Awesome Pedro !
Amazing ❤
Great video!
I liked the practical sessions. But the theory is in many parts outdated. Yet nobody dares to change the bible by Glassman
They do update it regularly, per the piece in the video, but maybe they’re just not as current and learned as you are Samuele

The practice of CF, for what I can see, has also changed. Who does heavy days once every 12 days anymore?
@@samuele.marcora they didn’t advocate heavy days every 12 days on the course I was on.
