9 months later and this clip still blows my mind. What a terrible “coach” Nic Johnston must be. If you cannot comprehend your athletes workload, abilities, and capacities in a way that allow you to effectively program them without overtraining or burning them out or causing injury, you should not be coaching. Good coaches initiate conversations. Good coaches are proactive. Good coaches share concern for athletes. Saxon got none of that from you. This is not Saxons fault that you failed, Nic. And the fact that you label Saxon as a “failure” in your camp is a disgusting practice. What a horribly selfish and unaware human you must be, Nic. Good job avoiding any responsibility for your athlete being injured or burned out. The only thing that failed here was Nic Johnston. RIP to any future “athletes” of his. 😂 Proven camp must a joke with this clown at the wheel! 🤡

Crossfit could charge for media access or have it bid out. The money upfront would ensure that the people getting access put out good content.

if you are a person who makes content on the sport, and you have a youtube following that is our only definition of our media.

1. Just grow the sport. Most of the individuals who say CrossFit is full of PEDs don’t follow the sport and/or follow the methodology. The more people who follow CrossFit, the more people will understand PEDs is not widespread. 2. When was the last time the Olympics, NFL, NBA, Tennis, PGA, ect.. give CZcamsrs media credentials? There is no media issue. CrossFit is following the established path that has worked for every other big sport. 3. Unless CrossFit wants to throw a wrench into the off season competitions they should keep them relatively at the same time. The athletes who would do the teams comp would end up doing one less off season comp.

Well, this was one of the most annoying episodes ever done of this show.

Well, this was one of the most annoying episodes ever done of this show.

Barclay could’ve won, but it seems like he has to sound like the smartest guy in the room. If he would’ve made a point with all the statistics he gave then he may have won. He had the best points and the most facts but never made a clear and concise point.

1. Murph. The workout everyone knows and with the track and football field would be easy to follow with the workout open to the public. Has not been programmed in a few years and I think it’s time for a comeback. Lastly, the Navy has a base in Fort Worth so it makes sense to honor a Seal at the games this year. 2. Rich Froning. Took the sport by storm and only a rope kept him from winning the games as a rookie. Is the only rookie everyone knew is going to be the future champ and likely the champ for multiple years. 3. Love cuts from 40-30 but for 30-20, as long as no events post this cut are specialist events, the cut fine. The idea that a specialist can impact the leaderboard on the final day with a home run event adds to the podium drama.

Great idea to do this, with coaches and gym owners. Really cool
