I still use my Sennheiser PXC 550's on long flights and editing sessions, hell even during gaming, and for 3 years straight it hasn't given me any problems whatsoever and is still a great purchase. Lew's old video about the Sennheiser's is definitely still relevant.

You probably did this before but which headphone has the best performance for price? I guess a $3,000 set probably sounds amazing, a $500 set probably sounds great and you have mentioned some moderately priced sets. I am looking for the ones in the sweet spot, where performance justifies price. Maybe an episode of your four favorite in four price zones. Outrageous $1000 plus, expensive $500 plus, reasonable around $100 to $300 plus and then maybe under a $100. Something like that. Thank you, you rock.

I think for the high end speaker like this needs some time for the speakers to be opened up. That's what I did with my Grado speakers and AKG studio monitors.

The only thing you need to look at to determine sound quality is the impedance and frequency response the lower the number the richer the sound and less distortion due to clipping. My fellow audio engineers producers and other audiophiles will agree. I'd like to see you review the headphones with the highest impedance lowest frequency response avaialable that would be something
lol that is totally not true.. the quality of headphones is first of all defined by more factors than that (battery life (bluetooth), build quality, connectivity smoothness etc.), second of all higher impedance does not equal to better sound quality, because diminishing return exists, third of all digital processing is a thing and fourth of all sound is totally subjective to the customer. Some like a "clean" soundstage, some enjoy more bass and even in that it really depends on the frequency of the bass. Last but not least you also have to take into account some unique build archetectures like the angled drivers that ultrasone headphones have... to just claim its all about frequency response and ohm numbers is so wrong on so many levels, i highly doubt you have any actual engineering education or headphone work experience to claim that you are an "audio engineer producer". Claiming to be an audiophile is something anybody can do without actually having any technical background.
Beryllium takes time to break in, you need to listen about 50 hours before you get good sound :)
But the price is in the beryllium, that's very expensive and generally is manufactured by Focal. Check the numbers on those to get a better understanding, but following up is the actual manufacturing process to make that metal into headphones. You need a full chemistry lab

They are made so you're able to use an amp for them as well, that's where they shine. Bluetooth anc headphones can only get so good sound quality

They are hard to find any serious review on their products. The only two real reviews on youtube stated they where comfortable but everything else was bad. No reviews by known audio reviewers. Many fake reviews on amazon.

My review: It’s like the Wii for VR. Fun, simple to use, games aren’t very deep. But it’s worth the price.i
With the MW65's - you have to let them burn in for around 18-20 hours of normal listening before they REALLY start to shine, the drivers are insanely high quality. The noise cancelling might not quite be on par with the latest, but they solidly perform as well as my older QC35's. Trading plastic and neodymium drivers (cheap) for lambskin leather, anodized aluminum, and beryllium drivers (Spoke with a rep, they use pure vapor-deposited beryllium drivers, costs $250 to manufacture the drivers alone for these.) is well worth the $150 price difference over Bose/Sonys offerings if you care more about sound quality and driver performance. With noise cancelling high and your music over 50% you won't be able to hear ANYTHING at all anyways, the passive isolation is very good.
It does NOT cost $250 to manufacture the drivers for ONE pair of headphones, if you believe that you're pretty naive lol.

When looking that ''airline adapter'' looks more like normal power adapter here on use. As it changes regional as UK and USA uses different type power adapters overall and it makes some things annoying to buy on amazon being wrong type of power cable overall. Or it looks anyway but hard to see as being so small.
