Thank you for sharing your journey with body image & eating. I found it easier to put those feeling aside since becoming a mom but I noticed it creep back after fully weaning my daughter from breastfeeding. I'm reallyyy short (5'1) so any weight, even 5 pounds makes a difference and my body gained a little since weaning. After watching this I went for an hour bike ride and it was soo nice!
Also congrats on the awesome career move! I can't imagine how nervous you must have felt, you did great!!🤍🤍
