    1 ball of Chinese noodles
    80g ground meat

    250 cc water
    1 tablespoon sake
    2 tsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
    1.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce
    1 tablespoon soy sauce (double-brewed soy sauce)
    (If no soy sauce is available, omit the salt, reduce the chicken broth, and add about 3 tablespoons of soy sauce)
    1 tablespoon chicken broth
    5 to 10 sprinkles of umami seasoning
    40-60 cc hot sauce
    Recipe
    1) Cut onion into large pieces, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave at 600w for 3 minutes.
    2) Mince garlic. Make white onion. Bleach them in water for 5 minutes.
    Add onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and saute lightly.
    Add water, seasonings, and hot sauce to heat up the soup.
    5) Boil the noodles, pour the soup over the noodles, and top with white onion.
