yeah the old songs, old dramas are much better than the current rubbish ones....
The old channel 8 dramas [2012 - 2019] reminds me of the Playhouse Disney , Disney Junior shows and the two frozen movies. The old channel 8 dramas is also better then the current Hong Kong and South Korean dramas.

yeah same... I grew up with Singapore drama and watched them every night at 9pm...many of my favourite shows when I was kid were acted by Aloysius... really miss old Singapore drama

In my opinion, 'Against the Tide' is the best drama series of channel 8 thus far. It has so much depth as it covers topics that range from clinical psychology to even metafiction. Beautiful show!

she's very suitable to act in these kind of suspense and dark storyplot, cos maybe because of her aloof and cool image.
Sally Sadly Rebecca Lim is also suitable to act in an action / police / suspense dramas even as a villain in any of these dramas.

Compared with Unriddle / Unriddle 2 and The Journey: A Voyage , this drama is way better. It has variety of mystery and ‘shadow walker’ suspense scenes.

@@ticklewhistle778 it's one of the much more complicated plots churned out by mediacorp that actually forces you to think. can't really say the same for the plots of their dramas nowadays however
P.S. Key Witness, Code of Law, Reunion and Mind Jumper were actually quite intense and thrilling tho (in my personal opinion)
