Excellent answer from both of them, especially Amy. Her thoughts were mine exactly when I heard the question.

There are people in this world who want to make you forget or not know the consequences of certain actions
They want to take away responsibility..
Examples are like having sex.. outside of marriage
    Remove the results of sex
    As in having a baby
Basically they want to have people have an abortion that way they can have all the sex they want without having kids..
Thus removing the responsibility of having sex..
Of having to take care of someone else..
If you kill the baby then you have no responsibility to take care of it
And you can have all the sex you want if you keep doing it like that..

@@velkyn1 yes you can take away the punishment for sins. He can break the chains of sin
He died on the cross for us
      He gave us a gift
But we have to accept that gift first..
Belief in him will save us..
If we do not believe in him we are on our own with our own responsibilities..
When we meet Jesus in heaven
It will be because of our own responsibilities of whether we chose him or not..
Is our responsibility to either choose him or not.. that is our choice
And that's the only two choices you get
      Choose Jesus or don't
If you don't you are responsible for your own choices
In those choices will lead to you being separated from God
      Separated from Love
      Separated from Jesus
Hell is the literal separation from God and Jesus..
God and Jesus are simply honoring our choices to be apart from him..
This is why the Bible talks about God gave them over to their selfish desires
To their lusts and to their debased minds..
      God gets to dictate
This reality. Not us. God gets to tell us what good and evil is not us..
God has already made the judgments.m

@@newcreationinchrist1423 Agree. Then they blame God for all the terrible things going on around us (He's allowing tragedies) yet it's all things that if people did what He tells us to do & not to do, wouldn't be any issue.
Most wrongs we do causes ripple effects around us - they affect everyone eventually as it cascades & compounds more. It's our fault for not complying with what's right & good, not His when consequences happen

I think they missed the real question.
We have been told that God gave us free will in order that we can choose to love God. And yet the motivation of hell is not based on love but based on fear.
Even the example of jail is based on fear. The whole idea of having prison isn’t based on the love of the state but on the threat of jail. The state uses coercion to make people follow the law not love.

I always say that people are beings of reason
As in we always have a reason for something we do or think or say
We have a reason we chose this
Those can be good or bad reasons.
I think some people think that they can reshape reality to bend to their will
They think that they can break the bonds of reality
Like make matter appear as an example
Or change their gender as one other one..
Yes determinism can't actively shape your world..
But to only a certain extent within the confines of reality..
We are limited beings and we can only do so much
This is why I do not call it freewill anymore
😊 I call it limited will
As in you only have two choices
That's a limited choices that is not multiple choice
That is a restrained confined choice..
You're only allowed to be free within those confines of that box..
    You cannot leave the box
If you try to leave the box you'll be shut down
You will never be able to leave the box ever

Isn't it also essentially true that the gates of hell are locked from the inside? That is, to keep God out? If someone wishes to live their life without God's presence, He is not going to force them to spend eternity in His presence. He's giving that person what they've always wanted.

    Hell is also
    Literally separation from God
    Separation from Love
Even though God still loves us when we are in hell
But we are separated from that
Basically he is honoring our choice to not be with him
He's giving us over to our sexual desires
    Our debased mind
    Are lost hole sinful choices..
If you choose to follow believe or love or trust God then
He gives us that right to have her choice and be that way and not be with him

The world tells us. That we are innocent until proven guilty
The Bible says we are guilty until proven innocent..
That is why we are called sinners...
Can we always do the bad thing first before doing the good thing.. until we become part of Christ..
This is why a lot of people think themselves are tell others that I'm a good person..
    Another saying is
The road to hell is paved with good intentions...
    But there is hope
A crime does not make you a villain forever
You too can be a hero...
Don't weigh yourself down willingly by choice
Donut identify yourself by your sin...
Don't use it as a crutch
Jesus Christ can break you free from your sins...

God created us to choose Him ie we are given ALL that we need to choose Him/ to do His Will.
The opposite of this is to choose destruction.
    It's God's Will vs man's self will.
Jesus Christ prayed that the Father's Will be done and not his will.

The problem is people think freedom and writes means you can do whatever the heck you want. Without any consequences are responsibility.
They forget about the saying that every action results in an equal but opposite reaction.
People think they're free to do anything they want
They think they live in a vacuum or an empty void in space
By telling people they have freedoms and rights they may have come self entitled...
Selfish greedy.. never satisfied with anything..
Did you know that the word sin... Translate to freedom in Japanese and French..
    That is not a coincidence.
I am pretty sure there are other languages out there that have the word sin mean something
Other than what the Bible defines it as..
And no I'm not trying to hate on any French or Japanese I actually like those two languages a lot
I'm just making an observation.. stating what the language translate into..

    God honours our choices.
Praise Yahweh the one true God. Revealed Triune as Father, Spirit, and Jesus the Son, each member fully God of which there is only one. 3 distinct Persons coexistant, coequal, and coeternal sharing 1 Divine Essence. Jesus lives and is God, Christ, King. Repent of your sin and believe in Him and be saved to eternal life!

    Bad teaching

    •  Před 16 dny

I agree, bad teaching that says hell isn’t real or that you only need to be a good person to avoid hell is detrimental.
