Ya know how celebrities get luxury items for free because they are like a walking billboard even though they can afford to buy it themselves? You are a nurse! I think YOU should be the ones being given luxury items for free! You are who the world is looking to to feel safe. Bless your heart ❤️

Such a great video - I've been thinking a lot lately about minimalism vs luxury. I live a pretty minimal life, I don't have many items, but I see the need in my life for probably 4 different handbags - and I see how much more joy I'm getting out of the one luxury handbag I own, so instead of buying more bags that I'll be kind of happy with, I'd rather save up for luxury bags that will bring a smile to my face for years to come :)

In the 90s the home look was very busy nick nacky, then it all changed and I had to remove so much to bring my home into the 21st Century. Plus it's easier to clean. Took everything to Goodwill.

I just love your home, it’s so fresh and clean ☺️ As a minimalist, I would love to see how you store off-season items (such as thick coats, boots, etc) or other essentials that are not in everyday use!
I would do a video about it but the truth is I don’t have a lot of storage.. except maybe the boxes above the shoe rack in the foyer.:) but I can come up with something like that!

I have been buying one Marc Jacobs purse every few years for about 12 years. They tend to wear out in that time frame, but my current one is going strong after two years and some spot cleaning. I go with something neutral and my current style. Shoes/purses that I use daily I like to be high quality but I don’t particularly baby them so I don’t go high end designer. I’m willing to splurge more on stuff I will use for special occasion as it isn’t worn daily, but truthfully I don’t have anything quite so high end as CL or Chanel. I am not quite as minimalist ;) in fact I recently moved and I have multiple boxes of things I’m planning to sell/donate when I can.
Well one could argue I'm not super minimal either lol :) I say - have whatever makes you happy! I'm minimal in some areas and not so much in others.

I agree, you don’t have to deprive yourself be minimal and I can’t possibly imagine 1 bag or 1 perfume going with all occasions. Not for me anyway. :)
