I thought wow why are the animals getting so many healthy-looking fruits and veggies? And I was feeding my kids crap. My mother is Vietnamese and my gut health thrives on fruits and veggies.
Fasting is amazing. Juice/coconut water cleansing is the gateway. You're right about the weight. I always lose a lot, think Bride-of-Skelator. However, when it comes back, my body looks better and better.

A lot of fruit has edible seeds in it. And I like a few raw pumpkin seeds here and there because they are, in fact, fruit seeds. But it could be argued that fruit with seeds you don't eat like mangos and peaches are actually the healthiest form of fuel.

I have been trying to stick on a raw diet for my whole life but with my food addictions, I kept going back to Koch Foods even though I knew they were not healthy or optimal as I study natural hygiene since I’m 16 years old. I finally feel like I’m back on track now it’s only been a few days but the cooked food addiction is real! I have fasted for 40 days on water. I have done four days of dry fasting and I have done Juice Fasting which I’m trying to do again right now. Having cooked food in my home is really difficult to not give into cravings. !! I’m Trying my best!! My health gets way better when I eat the raw foods and then deteriorates greatly when I don’t. Even though I know this, it’s been hard to stick to it. 😅❤

I go on and off raw vegan diet. And from my experiments I noticed when I am sick and I go raw I feel better immediately but nuts will make me feel sick again, so the conclusion, they are too heavy and hard to body to process, hence the illness symptoms return. I have tested raw vegan diet many times over and it never fails.
I fell off being raw vegan and want to get back to it. I’ve been vegan for 7 years ish and did 2 years of mostly raw and for a variety of reasons went back to cooked vegan food. Definitely agree with you I felt at my best by far when I was doing raw or mostly raw.
yes I went back to eating animal products as they are low in carbs..I was vegan forever and got cancer and raw gave me digestive issues..Now I have to fix all of that....Cancer free now but Ive added some coconut products, some meat, fish, eggs,..Not a lot but as a 69 year old I was lacking a lot of minerals and vitamins..I cant eat beans or grains........I feel 100 percent better........Still eating a lot of veggies though....but I have to cook them except for a few i can eat raw.....Everyone is different!!..

What about when you have sleep issues and water fast? Would it make that worse and if someone is still working full time and to be able to still have energy for movement? Thanks for sharing
I’ve followed your whole journey and must say you look good fam. I didn’t heal myself on my vegan journey but watching this makes me believe I can. And must say the few water fast I did completely did do did heal my stomach as far as randomly throwing up.

I so desperately want to do a water fast but I need medical supervision and finding a plant based dr. who can even remotely understand all of this "new age hippie stuff" is a nightmare! they just do not get it! i have done 3 day water fasts in the past but i can no longer do it without medical help which just is so frustrating. i'm still going to do a juice fast and then figure it out.
I would like to see studies that support your claims about water fasting. This is the first time I have heard these claims about water fasting, and I don't think they're backed by science. In the past humans ate raw meat, they didn't just eat fruits. If you're only eating fruits you are missing out on essential macro- and micronutrients. I don't eat animal products because I'm vegan (for moral reasons), and you can get most essential nutrients if you incorporate legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds into your diet (along with fruits and vegetables), and supplement for the missing nutrients (mostly B12).
Absolute nonsense, physiologically impossible, and any basic understanding of chemistry could easily disprove this. Zero evidence. A great way to keep people sick and dependent.

No. people fail because it doesn't work long term dude. You'll have to explain why over 80% of vegans relapse in the spand of a 5 year period during their vegan diet which is claimed by many studies ( I'll pull them up for you if you think it's nonsense). A lot of what you say about diet is 100% right. Animal products of good quality like plant based products of good quality are a great edition to the diet. The problem is quality in my opinion. The juice stuff you talk about is great though, love the recipes man
For me, organic beef…maybe. But, milk almost destroyed my skin via cystic acne. Not to mention, gives me a very puffy face from inflammation. So, speak for yourself.

I agree with everything 100%. Vegan is an ethical philosophy. Not diet. If you are fine with others eating animals, you are not vegan and just a plant based deiter.
This is a totally illogical teaching about cooked foods. Very bad teaching. Organic beef, cheeses and milk is EXTREMELY beneficial for you.
