  • Vanilla Ice & Cream, pure terror. Vanilla ice cream, good.
    Polnareff is either the second best or the actual best character in Stardust Crusaders. If you disagree... Understandable, have a nice day!

    One thing that makes him even more mysteriously terrifying is he shouldn't exist. They fought all 15 Tarot cards and 8 of the Egyptian Gods with Jotaro, Kakyoin, and Joseph fighting Terence T. D'Arby, meaning DIO should have been the only one left. But Vanilla Ice literally comes put of nowhere. His Stand isn't a Tarot card or an Egyptian god so hes all the more random and that much more terrifying

    I might be in the minority but I prefer the Vanilla Ice battle to the one with Dio. In the Dio fight we get the whole "same stand" thing and overall we know that Jotaro is going to win out somehow like he always does. When I saw the Vanilla Ice fight for the first time I had no clue how it was going to end, the ability was terrifying and none of the characters seemed equipped to deal with it especially with Avdol being killed so quick and unceremoniously.

    • @SoundwaveSC
      @SoundwaveSC Před 5 lety

      I do too. The DIO fight disappointed me, mainly due to me expecting a huge teamwork based battle and Jotaro ended up pulling an ability out of his ass and basically soloing the fight. Polnareff's interference versus DIO does literally nothing, for instance.
      The Vanilla Ice fight though, man oh man. Polnareff is a much more fun character to watch fight as well as my favourite, so I was genuinely terrified for him throughout this whole fight, and it had a much more impactful and satisfying final blow.
