Good to know you were impressed with McLarens facilities. I worked for McLaren for 28 years, retiring a couple of years ago. I joined to start working on the development of the F1 road car designed by Gordon Murray and test drove all of the production F1s before they were delivered/collected by the customers including the F1 LMs, great memories 🙂

May I know what qualifications (type of degree and is it bachelor or master) required to get a job at McLaren factory? I am 19 years old. I am in Sri Lanka. But since my childhood, my desire was to join McLaren. Also, does McLaren hire people from other countries?
The McLaren building looks so beautiful and the technology that they have is out of this world.
It literally looks and feels out of this world! What makes it even more shocking is how old and rural some of the regions are in the UK... then you find this?!

This is a seriously dedicated team of engineers for the SPORTS in sports car. These are highly specialized specific built cars that cost exorbitant amounts of money to OWN and maintain.

I briefly landed in London and spent most of my time in the outskirts. I definitely need to schedule some time in the future to check out the iconic locations. Curious how the car culture is downtown!
But will the car still have reliability issues and poor finishing, or are all the faults fixed?
We are going to see how ours turns out. I will keep you posted on the 750 delivery soon! :)
