- The International Court of Justice has been holding hearings over new emergency measures sought by South Africa to stop Israel's operations in Rafah.
The ICJ convened to hear South Africa's case where it accused Israel of intensifying what it calls a "genocide" in Gaza. South Africa's legal team presented its case on Thursday, before Israel speaks on Friday.

Justice for what? A false claim just reputed by fact given to the court by Israel?
Israel does not abide by international and humanitarian law, so I doubt the ICJ rulings will bring about any effect without the backing of the US which simply won't happen. It's mostly symbolic.

They have also sent drones into apartment buildings, though this could have been electronic defense, and they do prefer oil refineries. Of course Russian soldiers usually wear uniforms, so the parallel isn't perfect.
