The"crash bar" is your bumper. Most people are confused at what is the bumper cover is your bumper.

The first one hand fabricated can take 8 hours. If it's correct and perfect you make a jig off of it. The next one will take you only about an hour.

Hi, I want to do front frame tube on the celica t23 instead unibody. I drive it on track days and corners around mountains events or not, and in the city on the weekends. Would tube frame on the front be safe structural and overall constructural if lets say someone hit me on welded point. I heard that tube frames are lighter and you need good amount of force to crush it. Do people really get better handling because of that less weight, because as I said, I build my cars 99% of the time for curvy tracks. And I heard on forum that tube frame is unsafe even here in comments. For other people or? Because I don't want to ruin my good already frame on the front if it has some weak point. Thanks.

Every turbo single cam video says 500hp turbo single cam or 500hp turbo D16 but never seen the dyno I'm going to go on a lim here and say if you don't have 11mm head studs your not going to come close to 500 with out head gasket issues I'd say around 300 your going to need a new head gasket lol
