Local Park in Tokyo with Real Steam Locomotive and Fire Truck

Japan is a country where space and privacy are premium products that are often hard to find and expensive if you do. In Tokyo, more so than anywhere else, imagine my surprise when I saw a free park, open to the public, in Tokyo that had a real steam engine locomotive, a fire truck, a baseball field, a swimming pool, and various jungle gyms for children to play.
