At the beginning of chapter 2 a device for a storm king spawner was added but unfortunately removed at the end of chapter 2 season 2. files for this were added in some updates but unfortunately we don't know any more about it
Just get save the world if you wanna battle the storm king. You got 2 versions one if you get to pl 122 and one if you complete the first three quest lines. Simple as that.

I found a way to get the og heavy shotgun the map code is 7844-66440162 us the random loot button and you must get a gold heavy shotgun if you find it you will get the og one the one that fire multiple times

We really need some kind of boss battles inside of fortnite creative mode like the wolf or the galactus drones for something similar
There is a leaked Boss Spawner in the works so that's possible
One of my favorite umbrellas is from defeating the Storm King a few years earlier.
