Ok what you don’t get is that yes he was bullied but was also put into the egg man system which is very depressing with no friend and once he believed he found said friend it turns out the only reason he was there was to put back the crystal and effectively killing him

He was literally bullied all of his life to the point where he couldn’t trust anyone, then sonic comes out of nowhere and is actually kind to him but he thought it was a trick at first and then he learned to trust again. Only to find out that all sonic wants is to go home and leave him back to not trusting anyone. Let me ask you this what would you do if you were bullied by everyone even family, and then meet someone that actually cares about you, only to find out that they are just going to leave you behind, and you had the capability to make a perfect world where you and your only friend can live without you being bullied ever again but you friend is trying to stop you from doing that. I’ll be angry too.

Ikr I know it's his opinion but he just complained about why nine tried to kill everyone well wouldn't HE do that if HE was bullied by everyone his whole life and then he has the guts to call him a loser and he clearly didn't pay attention to why nine stopped fighting it was because the grim was DECAYING and everyone almost died and all he cared about was sonic killing nine and about the ending it was just a sign that sonic is going on another adventure so it was just eggman doing that explosion and it wasn't the prism that caused it, it was probably the speed amplifier eggman had so yeah he complained for no reason and he didn't even process WHY or WHAT is going on and why is it happening.

I feel like they should have rewritten the ending.
Nine is still evil, but now with all of the crystals together, the eggmen use the power from them to give sonic his new super form, but fully powered. He was incredibly strong with a few crystals in s2, but now he has all of them, and he could become strong enough to shape the world himself and make something everybody could be happy with

Nine was outcasted his entire life plannning to make a paradise for him and sonic and to be ignored hurt him even more so his anger is understandable and are you just gonna forget that he was helping him for most of season 1 and 2 its not his fault that he lived in a heartless city

Most of the time he sits around barking orders at bald Luigi and rarely confronts Sonic himself. He's the exact opposite of Classic Eggman in the worst ways possible.

Is city robotropolis is cold on feeling and lacks all Life and color, while New Yoke, looks like a more advanced New York, full of colorful lights, call bright colors, it doesn't feel dead at all, in fact the loop that Sonic can reminisces over actually still has grass on it! Artificial maybe, but still an acknowledgment of plant life! Watch we know Robotnik/Eggman is supposed to be an allegory for pollution, greed, and the bad side of mankind, and the actual only sign of the chaos council oppressing someone, is when Mr Doctor Eggman pulled out a taser on Nine, he didn't actually shock him, but that is all that comes to when it comes to them being threatening, pulling a taser on a technology enhanced Fox, look I'm not saying that I am Robotnik has better character depth, but at least he's actually Evil, and in Sonic prime if that was supposed to be an alternate reality where Eggman won, it would make sense for him to develop a cold heart, or just lose it entirely, not afraid to take lives, no empathy or feelings for anything, and only desires to drain life and use it to power his vast mechanical empire, that is what we should have gotten in Sonic prime.
He didn't kill two other versions of himself. He attempted, but he didn't succeed. I do agree though I wasn't happy with the ending, but overall enjoyed it

Yeah in all seriousness, wtf was this ending…it just feels so…rushed, to be honest I feel like it would have been a better plot for Nine to stay as a villain and make Sonic realize that not everybody is your friend, because that LAST SECOND change of heart was kind of bullcrap, then again, that’s just my opinion

I actually prefer the sonic boom cartoon over sonic prime. Sonic boom had its moments and funny bits, and sonic prime just feels that it was made for literal toddlers

I think people missed the fact that the worlds were only shattering because of the Egg Council. Nine was only accelerating it. It would've happened regardless. Many times Nine was offering a Ceasefire, only conditions was give him Sonic. And Sonic even added that he has to fix the worlds, which he agreed to.
Nine wasn’t a complete good guy, but that situation wasn’t even his fault and they always gave him a reason not to trust them and use force.

Loved the show because I'm a sonic fan, but man, they stretched the fight between tails and everyone so long and then ended everything abruptly. I expected the "everyone lived happily ever after ending", but still expected more. Lowkey got excited when sonic showed some development with him learning to slow things down and plan out solutions sometimes, but it didn't even amount to much and sonic ended up bum rushing tails towards the end.
This was also the only season where I personally got a little bored. They spend WAY too long in the Grim doing a bunch of the same stuff they've already been doing. They probably could've cut at least two episodes, and It would've been just fine.
I thought it was Canon because when he saw that Metal Sonic, he got surprised that was another version of him, even though this is his modern form and he already saw a metal Sonic before

He started his villain arc after sonic rejected his new world. He had loads of land to show him which had real potential for a new way of life and sonic shut him out.

I think that the show was very good, but they definitely should’ve made the fight at the end way shorter Like only one episode of people on the surface ground, and then another episode with sonic fighting nine and then have two more episodes to build in some more character moments and they should’ve killed off the chaos Council before the end, where sonic sacrifices himself so that way it feels much more urgent instead of just pausing the dramatic Sonic is dying moments for a joke about the chaos council I also feel like that shadow should’ve maybe gotten some more character moments like I remember seeing the trailer and hearing shadow say “hold on sonic!!!” and I feel like they should’ve made shadow way more desperate like, maybe having sonic, thank shadow for everything and shadow say something like no don’t give up on me yet showing that he truly does care about sonic maybe even having him say not again, and a flash of Maria shows I think that would’ve been awesome but I still enjoyed the show. I just think that they could’ve fixed more things and I don’t consider this canon The characters are just a little too out of character, I think all of the events that happened in the games happen in this timeline but I don’t believe the show to be canon in the games timeline but I definitely think that they should’ve fixed some of the show

I’m actually with nine on this one. I’m not saying it’s good writing and I sure ain’t saying he’s innocent. I’m just saying I don’t blame him for his actions. And just so everyone is understanding as to just how much I agree with Nine, I’m gonna say a little fun fact about myself. I once asked my mother “if I had the ability to wipe out the human race. Do you think I would take it?” And her response was “probably”. For those who don’t know the effects of a few weeks of bullying can have on person. It can cause them not only to be distrustful, but also vengeful. (Which is exactly what happened to me) take that into years. And someone will be willing to annihilate every trace of their past, including other worlds if those worlds even have a 0000.1% similarity to their world. I’m willing to wipe out my own kind to protect the earth and animals. Nine is willing to eliminate entire worlds to forget what’s happened to him. I think all of us who actually care about the sonic universe can agree nine’s position is understandable.

Bro i talked abou this with friends, why would they want to milk the series further, it has 3 seasons and it restored everything to normal, and the egg council somehow came back? They were sent to the void and they are back? Greedy fucking creators.

And it wasn't really specified that he was only bullied once. There was a reason he had trust issues after all. The fact that he finally has a friend to trust and broke his heart cause sonic wanted tails and not mine must be really harsh on his side. He doesn't know about friendship like we normally do, so he must have felt confused and used his plans to set his mind straight, according to him at least
