tbf, people that are legit allergic/intolerant to gluten can have a reaction if glutenous products are produced in the same factory. any cross-contamination can make them sick. just like those stories about people allergic to nuts having someone beside them eat peanut butter and go into anaphylaxis. it's scary stuff, so of course you're not gonna risk it unless it says 100% gluten free.
