For those wondering what happened to that huge box of stuff, she was probably allowed to keep it. I actually received a wrong order a few weeks ago. LUSH sent me my actual order at no extra cost, and they allowed me to keep all the extras. They don’t believe creating unnecessary waste, and they won’t reuse stuff that someone else has already handled.
This is CRAZY because I watched this after ordering about £150 worth of stuff and I received it all and it was all good and then I had an email saying they were gonna deliver again and I thought it was an accidental email, but they did send me it all again!!! So happy and it was such a coincidence as I distinctly remember reading this comment :))

Lush sent me someone else's order the after day after I received mine. I called them because it was almost 200cad worth of goods that was supposed to go to the US. I let them know that they sent it to the wrong person and I'd like to rectify that. They told me that they have taken care of it and the person will get their order in the States and they told me I could keep it. At this point, they don't care about cross contamination and their customer service is off the charts spectacular!! I loved Lush for a reason and this was just overflowing lol ❤❤
Lush is okay they use a lot of harsh chemicals. I definitely have switched to using cbd bath bombs and from a store thats like the lush of cbd bath bombs and 100% natural emollients

How did she skip the outback mate soap that’s zingy minty suds jelly bar!! That one is my FAVORITE and what got me into the bars of jelly soaps it’s the most relaxing delicious soap ever!!! 😍 you have to try it!!! You will not be disappointed
I have to say roots is best lush product imho. For anyone that is losing hair, pls try it. Id lost so much hair (due to meds) that you could totally see my scalp with few strands of hair covering it. Roots and along with new shampoo bar changed all that. Not only did all my hair grow back, but my hair is so soft and healthy. Even if i change my shampoo, i ALWAYS apply roots before a wash.
So I hated the smell of wiccy magic muscles instore but I got it cos I was like I need it and it smells different on skin to me so maybe give it a go one time.
White Fang is my favorite. R&B is a holy grail for me. But haven’t tried a lot of products. Slowly by surely. But body scrubs is heaven for me. Especially in the summertime. Love this video!!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😌😌😌
Native’s Lavender and Rose deodorant is AMAZING and it has the cardboard package option which is great for the environment and its really good and strong, especially love it for when i go to the gym and its clean and natural
I actually had this happen once. LUSH let me keep all the extra products, and they sent me a free replacement order. They don’t believe in wasting stuff, and they’d have to throw it away if I had returned it.
If you're looking for a natural deodorant that works, Superstar by Routine cream is wonderful. I even wake up the next day smelling better than with mainstream products.
The reason why natural deodorant probably doesn’t work for you is because you need to detox your armpits first with bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar. I use natural deodorant and I’m never going back.
You totally got me hooked on herbalism for my daily skincare and magic crystals for my body scrub!! I haven't looked back sincceeee! Both products are so awesome.
Deodorant Suggestion: try Ethique deodorant. You can get it from their website or Amazon. Keep in mind, if you order from their website, it is coming from New Zealand. It is a bar made from bamboo (which absorbs 200% its own weight in sweat and oil and without baking soda or aluminium. My favorite is the lavender and vanilla, but there are some other fragrances, too. I've been super pleased with it. For not being an antiperspirant, it works very well to absorb sweat.
Please please please try the brand Native for deodorant! I have the same issues and this brand has been amazing! Not expensive for how long it all lasts
Good to know I'm not the only one who can't find a natural deodorant that actually works on my body. I don't know why, I've tried so many, but after an hour or so, they always start to smell *very* weird on me...(like old worn out socks or something? Pretty gross) I smell worse than if I don't use any deodorant at all. How does that happen?
