Love your videos Jaclyn! You're always so happy and energetic. I knew you'd love this tour. I personally make handcrafted soaps and wax melts and a few other bath/body items but I still have started to love Lush! I started just buying a couple of things over the past few months online, since there is no Lush too close to me and I've been happy with all the items I've got (though I admit I am not a fan of the Snow Fairy fragrance but I got a solid lotion with it and my little one loves it). People always ask why I don't just use mhy own products and I do but I like to mix it up. Lush is definitely inspirational in their vision and core beliefs. I'm glad you got to go on your tour. When I have my inventory done I'll send you a care package, not to replace Lush but you seem to appreciate handcrafted things and I do have some vegan items on the board. Keep up the great videos they are so entertaining!

I know obviously this video is really old but just in case you or anyone was wondering they did something called Turned Down service in your room that's why the blinds and everything is drawn you bed was probably folded down nicely the low lights were turned on to set the evening ombiance/mood, and they probably left you some bottled water or depending on the hotel maybe chocolates. It's pretty standard in expensive top tier hotels. I work for Marriott International and we do this all the time for guests. 😁

I am born an raised in Holland (you know the little bycicle and syrup waffle land) and no one ever wears a helmet if they are going to ride a bike.
