I just wanna say to the people who feel depressed or no hope for the future. Two weeks ago I was waking up at 2pm every day…no job no car…eating bad feeling like shit and depressed. I applied for a job, got an interview, got the job, now I have a car again things can change soooooo quickly! Don’t loose hope! Things have dramatically changed for me and there is nothing more I love than finishing work and seeing there is a pod to watch from the Rat King! GANG GANG BABY LEZZZZZZ GO 🇬🇧

Try to only saturate yourself with things relating to improving or learning about yourself . you would be amazed if you did a little something every day to make tomorrow a little better...then look back in just 30 days and be amazed how much better things are. The key is focusing only on things within your control moment to moment. And adding Theo to the mix is top notch. You are loved. You are strong. You got this brother!
