1. Oyo se book karne ke baad, hotels jyada paisa demand kar rhe hain..complain karo toh wahan se return bhej dete hain bolte hain khud cancel karlo.
2. Apka jo customer executives hain, bilkul wahiyad hain .. customers ki query na unko samjh mai ata hai, na hi solutions de pate hain..
3. Apki R&D teams application mai users ki reviews nahi padhte. Na hi unko solutions dete hain..
4. Rat mai idhar udhar bhatakna padta hai.. kahin travel karne jayen toh OYO became a worst nightmare, kabhi room nahi rehta hai, kabhi 700-800 ki room ke hotel ko 1500-2000 dena pad jata hai..
Bahot Loopholes hain apke management mai... Company kholdena badi baat nahi hai, image banaye rakhna badi baat hoti hai...
