@@joshuabey7402 i read the manga when it was weekly released, but the obito theory was in existence from the introduction of tobi let alone since the introduction of his abilities, but that was with plenty of time to think. i don't really remember how this went in the manga, could possibly all including the reveal have been the same chapter.
but it's pretty much revealed that it is obito's eye, that alone could be enough.. cause what kind of random character would they pull out having his eye? but it's mainly in the things tobi said to kakashi and gai that should get some bells ringing.
i've seen other reactors not getting it at this point, but they just come across not too bright in general, this guy always stops and thinks way too much saying stuff that is revealed seconds later etc.
He's not necessarily faking. Even after it was made clear that Tobi's remaining Sharingan was Obito's, I was debating intensely with LOTS of people who still thought Tobi was Izuna, Shisui, or Kagami. Some even continued to believe he was a failed clone of Madara. The possibility wasn't zero, since Tobi had a collection of Sharingan, and Obito's eye may just have been part of it.
There was another important piece of evidence: the oddly aggressive, bitter, and familiar tone with which Tobi spoke to Kakashi. Yet still a lot of anti-Tobito theorists denied the obvious until the reveal itself. They weren't stupid; they just were either trying too hard to be neutral and diplomatic or too emotionally invested in the outcomes they favored.
So, I don't necessarily find Faxityy's reaction strange or fake.
