I purchased one of these the LE, I do many 80 gallon water heaters with ease. It still requires alittle muscle but can be done by one person, I purchased the extended plate which works good for the bigger water heaters I just did a 80 gallon gas water heater powervent last week up 17 steps and out through customers garage. It does not do that well in gravel or grass it's hard to push which again requires muscle,, they make bigger wheels but they want to much money for the bigger wheels. I have had mine for 3 years now. The charger went bad this year so I had to order another charger , I keep mine charged 24/7 in my garage, and on haul it when I get water eater jobs

Just FYI ... the cheapest model appears to be about $2,800. Not a bad price if it's a work related expense and you only need one or two. Some insurance companies will even give discounts if it's a safety related expense.

I can carry that water heater up those stairs under one arm like a boss. I don't need no stinking stair climbing dolly.

I find that the water heater is much easier to move if you drain the water first.

I wonder it saves your arms and legs by costing an arm and leg.

@Moises Zamora CA Realtor For private use, it's costly but the unit itself isn't inappropriately over priced. For commercial applications, it's a pretty good deal and good save a business owner a good deal of money. I don't see any negatives about these units.
One dropped appliance, all consequential cost included, could easily cost far more than their most expensive unit. It's an investment.
The size, transportability and no need for a power source are also major pluses for the movers. Education and training needs appear to be minimal. I can think of multiple other reasons these movers would be a good business investment.
I mean, an appliance that might normally take two strong men to move, might only require one moderately strong person, if the units function as touted. It widens employee hiring opportunities and would expand delivery opportunities. Two units could turn one delivery team into two delivery personnel. One person, a truck with a cargo ramp and one of these movers are all that would be needed.
Purchases are sometimes based upon the earliest delivery times. It could increase sales.
Another biggie, stress to staircase steps appear to be minimal. Cracking a wooden overhang lip is gonna cost a lot of time and money.
The seller needs to make a better video detailing usage and benefits. If this is there best video, they're not coming close to max in any field. Look at the impression it implanted on the poster to which I am responding.

I tried one of these and it did not work. The dolly alone weighs 85lbs and the wheels locks didn't work. This is not a good dolly for moving top heavy things up and down stairs.

This would be even a better unit if it was equipped with an OTLVISE unit

I’ve seen a few hot water heaters. One was wearing a bikini. The other was being used as a storage tank from the water heater sitting next to it. Otherwise they are not hot water heaters. Also they like when you talk dirty to them as you throw them off the back of the van
