I never heard of the Zhuhai Opera House nor the Summer Palace replica, but the architecture of those places and even the night market was amazing! Your bike trip looked so fun and peaceful --for so beautiful a day at the beach, the bike paths seemed so uncrowded! Sunsets as always look gorgeous, and whatever that fried meat was (that came with your guys' room service), that thing looks so delicious~
Zhuhai is an amazing city. I was fortunate enough to live there. I'd say that when it comes to romantic cities in China, Guilin should be on that list also. If I had the money to buy a property and settle down, Zhuhai would definitely be one of the cities to do it in, in China.
The view was spectacular! Yes, although we didn’t have many meals there were definitely more Cantonese options. Actually it was quite similar to an English “Chinese takeaway” which is usually Cantonese.
@@AF-wr9hx According to Miu’s family, if it’s your year you must wear red everyday of the year, not just during Chinese New Year. Not sure if that’s a local thing or a China wide tradition 😅 Best to be safe and wear a red bracelet all year 😂 Most people opt for red underwear.

Chinese new year is not lunar new year. Yes it calculate the revolution of the moon around earth.... but it also calculate the revolution of the earth around the sun, so it is a mix of lunar calendar and solar calendar.

Zhuhai is an amazing city. I was fortunate enough to live there. I'd say that when it comes to romantic cities in China, Guilin should be on that list also. If I had the money to buy a property and settle down, Zhuhai would definitely be one of the cities to do it in, in China.

Wow, you got a killer view from the hotel balcony. It seems to me the Zhuhai cuisine is more Cantonese than its neighbour - Shenzhen.
