The knowledge you have on the physiological side of the sport and how to implement it into workouts/ prehab/ rehab is insane I wish I could train under you. Also I'm glad the stigma around overhead training is fading recently with people realizing it can be implemented perfectly safely as you showed, great video as always 👍

Put subtitles in Spanish please!!! Its content is worth gold and has led me to be a better pitcher
I went from 80-82 to 84-86 in just a few months thanks to your advice but I speak Spanish and I can only watch the videos that have Spanish subtitles. I WOULD THANK YOU VERY MUCH BEN

I don’t think they do the subtitles it’s CZcams that does it

Best pitching videos out there! Id. be lost without your information. Im on week 7 healing my shoulder after "dumping into it" at the gym pre season. Thanks to you i figured what i did wrong and what to do to succesfully srengthen and lengthen. Thank you for the amount of time you put into your videos!

What do you think about Lizard walks? Basically a moving push up combined with a moving plank. You end up stabilizing or holding the shoulder position while you transition from one arm/leg to the other. Gets my heart rate up too

I coach and train mostly youth under 18 years old. I have been trying to incorporate more of the drift and hinge for pitchers I believe will benefit from this motion. As such, do you have any videos addressing the drift and hinge for youth? For example, ideas on how to teach and train youth?

Curious about your thoughts on snatches for pitchers. Obviously they will need to have background in Olympic lifting. But if they do have a solid half a decade+ of that training, is the snatch something you could see benefiting them. Single arm db/kb variations as well as traditional barbell work.

would you include these in an In-Season lifting program? If so what kind of set/rep scheme and how many training days per week for say a HS beginner (referencing your in season training video).

The volume/ intensity will vary based off of the pitchers role, and the amount they are throwing. We still lift heavy in season but typically not the same volume that they would have in the off season. For a high school beginner, they will still be able to put on a lot of strength in season if they don't have a solid base already built.

When would you recommend doing this? Like right after a bullpen or an outing or the day after and once or twice a week?
