Nice idea and seems easy and impressive, and although the price of this is not unreasonable for a complete 50m roll, to justify such a large roll you need to be doing a lot of cutting.
Availability of a 10m roll would be handy
I understand your thought and could agree that it would be nice for the B2C selling to have a smaller roll

I wamma do my helmet but dont know if i do a small overlay or try this way
Could you use one piece of knifeless tape and put both colors down over the knifeless tape and cut through both pieces of vinyl at the same time? It should give it a perfect finish. i would appreciate your thoughts as i am about to try some inlays and cannot find much on it
Theoretically you can do that but it’s not recommended and it will not hold. All vinyl shrinks little bit so you must have a overlap.

he did it wrong. He shouldn't even have had to apply a second application of tape, the first one should have taken care of the whole job.
What are caracteristic tape?
to cut the vinyl without a knife. used when you need to lay two seperated pieces in a certain area of a car where the use of a knife would damage the paint
