How to Insulate Commercial Garage Doors

I've been battling the Florida heat in the new garage space in the yarn building. I want to get new high efficiency commercial garage doors but it seems it will be at least 6 months before I can get some bought and installed. If you can get me some doors & installed ASAP, please let me know!
As a temporary fix, I'm using a product called Reflectix. Reflectix is a foil roll that gets stuck to your roll up for with spray adhesive & their Reflectix tape. You can find it on Amazon below: amzn.to/3v3QhwP
I used 3M Super 77 spray adhesive to hold the Reflectix to the garage door. You can buy 3M Super 77 here: amzn.to/3mI1OxV
