maia mitchell was just gorgeous and glowing in this show. she is always beautiful but something about her as this character was truly stunning.
oh my god this is actually the best edit I've ever seen. it's so BEAUTIFUL. The way you cut the shots together to follow the climax of the music and tell their story was just gorgeous. the three scenes of the operating room timed to the beat of the music, Belle's voiceover about not wanting to leave this world while lying in that bed.... this made me cry over them all over again. you have incredible skill and now I'm gonna watch this 40 more times.
This is a freaking masterpiece. I literally just finished the show and decided to brainrot over edits of them, and this did not disappoint

Ok, this is one of my favorite edits of them yet! The bit where you show three different scenes of the surgery room from the same angle, with them in different places each time, was a clever reminder that their relationship revolves around perfecting medicine together. Well done!

Jack & Fagin are literary characters from Charles Dickens Oliver Twist
The show just use those characters to make an original story of their own while intertwining with 1850’s Australian history & medicine
