- Testimony continues in the Karen Read murder trial. Canton Selectman Chris Albert took the stand this morning. Read is accused of hitting and killing her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O'Keefe, with her SUV in 2022.
This judge needs to be disbarred!!! She is a disgrace. Blocking important evidence from being told, where is her INTEGRITY, HONOR, and RESPECT!
I was upset with her as well but I think she’s gotten much better. Just wondering if you/anyone else agrees? I feel like she snapped into shape last Monday, and I’m very aggressively pro-Karen Read’s innocence for the record. ❤

@@roxdarmurray6634 I’m still conflicted about how she’ll deal with Matt McCabe’s brother Sean McCabe’s message to turtleboy bringing HER into this - telling him it’s “aunt bevs seaside cottage” they were going to “bury him” next to - I heard several times but could not confirm whether or not she actually rented her cape house to them - like as evidence she will either let in or keep out. What do you think??

August 2023. District attorney Micheal Morrissey put out an unprecedented public video statement.
His words: “Trooper Proctor has no personal relationship with any of the witnesses or home owner in this case. Those are lies being spread on the internet. I repeat Detective Proctor has no ties to any of these people “.
This is an elected official who put out a completely false and inflammatory statement.
People should be outraged at the miscarriage of justice.
This DA has been at the root of lawsuits, overturned convictions, mistrials and complete incompetence.
How are people in this county who foot the bill supposed to feel any confidence in our supposed leadership.
Such a disgrace.

. There are Venmo’s to Beverly and Frank. 😮 she didn’t recuse herself because she wanted to make sure she could do exactly what she is doing. She needs barred. She is apart of the corruption too!

Sadly the the judge is not credible either. I don’t know who she knows or is connected to in the Albert family but she’s been allowing ALOT of objections from the prosecutors. This has been since DAY 1 she’s been blocking very important evidence, questioning etc.

Thank God this isn't a bench trial or Karen Read might as well pack her bags now. This Judge should have removed herself immediately for conflict of interest. This is hard to watch because it's so corrupt from start to finish. There hasn't been an honest witness in this whole family. The father and the daughter both committed perjury and the circle of friends who were at the house offered nothing but coached testimony The only honest testimony I've heard so far appeared to be the brother and sister in-law of the victim. This woman Karen Read is a scapegoat an innocent woman who lost her boyfriend at the hands of the brothers he trusted the most. His fellow officers. What a shame. He was beaten so badly that his eyes were beyond huge. Sounds like punches of a boxer. Hummn. Now we're hearing one more conflict Proctor. Are you kidding me. I'm Disgusted. Mistrial, go find the real killers. My guess is they're sitting right in front of us.

I hope that they give the juror the privilege to watch the live testimony on CZcams or court video. Everyone doesn’t catch everything at once but sometimes after watching a second time you hear the things you may have missed.

Could it be that all of what he and the prosecutor can ask has already been hashed over before the trial and at numerous side bars. It appears that Mr. Yanetti & friend are hell bound to ask unallowable suggestive questions in an effort to sway that one juror that will help get his client off the hook. A million dollars is a big incentive for him to cross the line that the judge has drawn.
