To whoever runs this channel, THANK YOU. Thanks for all the time you are putting into this channel. Ignore the fools complaining about sound quality. You are literally doing God's work and for that you have my gratitude. I just sent a small donation for this channel and I hope others will do it too so that you can keep up the great work. Thank you and God bless you. I will have you in my prayer today.
Plus in 99% sure that SF are not the ones recording: they are distributing material recorded by others, and doing a damn good job of it too.
The people complaining about the sound are missing the point. Its like eating at a restaurant and complaining to your dinner guest about the quality of the soup.
Why are you calling people fools? What kind of Christian is so hostile to people just because they want to get this information in a clear format?
Send a larger donation so that they can afford better audio.
I can hear Father but the audio is not good. That is why people are complaining.
@@willchristie2650 your right. This audio is not good and they as Catholics should humble themselves and admit it.
I wish the audio was better so that I could hear this excellent conference. I couldn’t understand Fr. Ripperger at 16:28 and following. 😔
Fr Lambert, another exorcist, says that once an angel is fallen they lose their intellectual superiority, to the point he said that our personal guardian angel is ten times more intelligent and powerful than satan. It's on one of his posted CZcamss. I believe it was the last one of the series he did for a retreat with the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate. Its here on CZcams, you may have to search a bit to find it, but I think it was the last in the series and at the end of the video. As a comforting thought so that we are not to fear.
32:40 - 33:40
My ears are shot thanks to the Marines and loud music ... but I can hear Father ok
Thank you Sensus Fidelium for such wonderful videos. Thank you Fr. Ripperger. Penanceware done for you and your
intentions.
That’s a really interesting point about female artistic depiction of Angels. God bless, love the Father.
Tysvm for posting this! God bless Fr. Ripperger for teaching us 🙏✝️. Ty!!!
Thank you
Thanks!
Such good content. Thank you for highlighting Fr. Ripperger's teaching and knowledge of spiritual warfare. Good stuff for the battle in which we are engaged.
May God bless you. May Mary and all the Angels and all the Saints intercede for you!
Great Talk.
Catholic Renewed
I've seen this before but Fr Chad is always worth listening too
why don't they teach this in Catholic school? My religion class in high school taught me about hinduism and other religions, barely talking about Catholicism and never about the Bible. People are in desperate need of this info.
I have the same experience. It's ludicrous that they wasted their time teaching us about false religions. We need everyone, particularly younger generations, to grow in their knowledge of the Catholic faith. This is especially true today.
Thank you.
Thank you for this amazing share. I love the content. Great enrichment. If possible, pls improve audio. Grateful ❤️🙏
A thought... wouldn't it be great if people volunteered to write subtitles for the SF videos rather than just complain about audio quality... quality that SF has no influence over!
Wish you had Closed Caption.
You can understand the audio if you try
This was so interesring. I was able to finish it, but it really was so hard to hear. Is this lecture in writing? I would love to read it.

Is this a reupload? Pretty sure I’ve seen this one before.
Edit: It might have simply been edited to add the intro for the channel. If so, that might make sense.
tradne85 yes it is. Why? Bc the final two I used just 1 photo for and since many were asking about the prayer I figured to redo it SF way and add the prayer in it so people could screen shot it if needed. And to keep them all together i reuploaded plus many newbies to the channel will benefit
20:20 Angelic Heirarchy
God bless you for providing this, but the audio is really terrible.
Father says that the angels had only 3 virtues, namely those of Faith, Hope and Charity. My understanding is that the sin of the fallen angels was pride. That means that the good angels must have had the virtue of humility. In humans "humility" falls under the Cardinal Virtue of Temperance. How is the virtue of humility defined /categorized in angels, given that they have only the 3 Theological Virtues?
I love Fr Ripperger so I won't give it a thumbs down, but the sound was so bad I couldn't hear a word he was saying. Also, why not put the date of the actual conference in the description?
Suzanne Miley Why would you give it a thumbs down even if it wasn't a talk from Fr. Let us support the channel regardless, we are in this battle together, you and me sisters, let's build one another up.
Catholic Renewed ...She would give it a thumbs down because the audio is poor.
Can the Catholics at these conferences record the video and/or higher quality audio? It would make this much more understandable... I have to have this at max volume and even then there is static and I have to strain my ears to hear Fr. over the static and fuzz. We want this info to spread. Thank you for the video, just some points for going forward.
Just put a mike on his shirt and feed it separate to the mike in front of him. I really want to hear this and it doesn't take too long to set this up. I am very happy to be able to hear these speeches. Continue to grow and get better, so we can too. Where are the sources for the information he gives as well? He couldn't have come up with this on his own. May the Holy Spirit Guide us and protect us in Understanding and the pursuit of it.
@Marc LaDuke
His sources would be myriad, beginning with the books he read in Seminary, most likely very old texts that fall under the heading of Traditional. None of this is learned in the Modernist seminaries, sadly. Books also exist which are available to Bishops, priests and exorcists, only.
He has written several books too. One called “Dominion” I have read can be found on Amazon. It’s wonderful, very interesting.
Unfortunately the audio is terrible and father talks to fast.
When recording such guest, please provide the right equipment for recording. Thank you.
Can anybody tell me what the word is that the father says 9:27 - the words beginning with 'a' in which spiritual beings exist?
Someone in replying to a question said the angels were Aiken (SP?) ? ....pronounced ay-bum. Outside of time but eternal. I hope this helps!
We want more information about exorcism and expelling demons from people! :)
Fr. Ripperger has several talks on exorcism on this channel.
There are two very good books written by Fr Amorth (the previous exorcist of Rome RIP), "An Exorcist Tells His Story" part one and two.
thanks...ill look into it!
Folks, if you're having trouble understanding (like me, hard of hearing), slow the speed down to .75 (use that gear thing. On my screen it's top right). So far, I've had to slow it to half speed (.50) in some places, cup my hand around a speaker aperture, hit reverse (double tap) then replay.
The captions are almost useless and display some pretty hilarious malapropisms. However, in limited instances, it might help. Maybe.
Father speaks very rapidly, slurs some words, and has little rhythm in speech, so...fun times! Reminds me of my professors: blue streak speech. But, I think I got most it. I think. 😁
32:35 the priest says the demons outnumber the angels??? Anyone? I can't hear it clearly.
Dueng Design they outnumber us, not the angels
There is a lot of content that was just so hard to hear. Even backing up an listening again, I couldn't make out what was being said.
Here’s a question I always get from my kids when I explain angels. But MOM, how do they know this about angels?
Anyone got a good answer for this?? 🧐🧐
From the Bible and Tradition. Doctors of the Church studied the Bible and were given graces to understand the deep meanings of many things . They put this in their writings (eg Sts. Augustine and Thomas Aquinas) and that is how we learned more about them.
Henry, That was a very good explanation and reminded me of another fact. Since angels are spirits, the children should be told that spirits cannot be seen by our bodily eyes. The same thing goes for our souls where no one could see what we feel inwardly in our souls. So no one can see what lies in our soul such as our love for someone, our dislikes, our beliefs etc...…. in total no one can see (know) the soul / spirit except another spirit. So when our souls are released from their bodies they will then get to know other spirits (different knowledge and not seeing with the material eye since we will not have bodies). Our bodies will be joined to our souls on Judgment Day.
Have you anytime had a helper you can't quite put a finger on it but help that arrives that is not in human form at the time u make a prayer ...
Was Lucifer a Seraphim?
I understand that he was the only Angel in his "class" or choir.
Just a note: Scholastic theologians disagree with Franciscan theologians on the nature of the purely spiritual: Scholastics tend to think that purely spiritual excludes form while the Franciscans do not... What they do agree on is what was decreed by the relevant council; that they ARE purely spiritual. I think the Scholastic scholars err on the side of caution, which is actually a good thing but not necessarily true.
I think that you cannot have a material form and be "purely spiritual".
Well the Franciscans made a kind of distinction which may have some merit. You should look into it. We do not know everything, we only know, as Catholics, what we must know. Perhaps spiritual form can emanate something that would be considered non-accidental (not resultant of created energies representing the thing but an energy representing itself.)
Scholastics like the more simplistic solutions. Like I said, who needs speculative theology? No one. However, we will be humbled in Heaven by how much we don't know.
What distinction did the Franciscan make? -------------------------------------The term energy as a measured entity is used for earthly physical material objects. Energy on earth has to have a material source. It cannot come from nothing. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++We never think of an angel as having energy since we would then have to come up with a physical source of this energy and God Himself is not physical and neither are the angels. So we cannot really apply human earthly scientific knowledge to what is purely spiritual.

Sensus Fidelium is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AUDIO! Whomever held the conference, and provided the video/audio, IS. For instance, any church at which he gave a conference like this, would have also provided the video/audio. Most people don't understand anything about audio equipment (which is NOT 'plug n play!'), so sound quality usually ranges from awful to hideous. This recording is mostly hideous. See hints below in my other post for possible helps.
Are there any scriptures concerning guardian angels, or are we on the way to cult following here?
Acts 12: 12-15
@dowhat5084
Wow. What Catholic *doesn't* know at least about Guardian Angels?!? This is no "cult" belief! Angels (& demons) have been known about since Adam and Eve! Every culture, every "religion", every peoples and nations.
Sounds like this was an important talk. Unfortunately, he slurs and mumbles and scampers through parts of his sentences in his talk, that I lost about 40%. Very frustrating.
ddoggall That’s because he’s a professor. They often talk like that.
@@wingnut13099 Why professors talk like that?
You argue that an Angels is outside of time, and you also argue the Angels had a beginning when they were created. So then can't an Angel go back in time before they were created, essentially being eternal? Like God?
If something is truly eternal, it has no beginning. There is a begining to human souls and angelic beings, but they have no end, so they aren't eternal because they had a begining. Because they don't have an end, but have a begining, the don't reside in time, but in the Aibem(?) Pronounced ay-bum, it's outside of time but not eternal. Just never ending
@@MilanJibril While what you said makes sense, it seems that my original comment claimed Fr Ripperger said that angels were "outside of time" and were created. Creation is a temporal verb. "Outside of time" typically means a Christian is arguing that some being can go to any point in time. Being outside of time means timeless, not beholden to either direction. Seems eternal. But even if it isn't, the "created" claim is counterintuitive with "outside of time".
Angels are *immortal*, not eternal, just as our human souls are immortal. "Eternal" does, indeed, describe only God.
You are encountering the very human intellectual (highly limited in scope) difficulty in understanding esoteric, Godly knowledge, with our own very poor intellect. We are UNABLE to comprehend, with our mortal intellect, all Mysteries, even were they explained to us in great detail.
Knowing the answers to ALL the Mysteries will not advance our Salvation one whit. We know what God permits to be known *for our salvation*. All else is gravy. God does warn against foolish indulgence in being overly intellectual as it presents to us the grave danger of Pride. We abandon spiritual knowledge and deep communion with Him, for the far less noble pursuit of mere intellectual knowledge. Beware of being so clever that you clever yourself right into hell: curiosity really can kill the cat. This is a well-known spiritual trap. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all else will be added unto you."
@@fairyspunfibers9098 If angels were created, that means they had a beginning. Having a beginning means that they are temporal, yet the claim is that they are outside of time. When pointing out the consequences of such contradictory claims, it's a cop out to shrug it off as "well, the human mind can't comprehend".
According to Aquinas, angels can know anything that they want immediately about any subject. And yet that doesn't result in their corruption. At the end you claimed that first know Jesus and then all else will follow, but you said be wary of wanting to know everything. The contradictions just keep piling up.
No, it's NOT a cop-out! It is, indeed, A Mystery to which we are not privy, but time, essentially means NOTHING to an incorporeal being. Time is a creature created by God for HUMAN purposes, alone.
I'll have to respond to your next question in the next reply, as people's posts disappear when my keyboard cones up...can't see anything!
Whoa whoa whoa, at 25:00 you casually mentioned that the medieval teaching was that angels guided the planets in their orbits. If *that* turned out to be made up garbage, what is the proof for the rest of your claims?
Why can’t angels and even God himself act on the universe in the natural ways God made it to be
@@thehungarywaffleinc.7775 do angels guide each pendulum swing? Do angels direct every air current? Back when these things were mysterious, seemingly irregular events were attributed to supernatural guidance. But now we understand each path of a planet is as regular as each pendulum swing. No divine being necessary.
So sure, they could be doing something that doesn't need doing.
Nathaniel Robinson dude we still don’t even know why gravity exists
@@thehungarywaffleinc.7775 must be angels, pulling down on every particle 😂🤣
