Love your plushies. Markets can be very quiet here. Lots of people looking but no one buying. The stalls can be expensive too. Anywhere from $40 to over $200.

Is there a pattern for the mushroom guys and/or the Dino’s and if so do you mind if we sell them? I’m preparing for a craft show too! I totally understand of course if you don’t want us selling them/don’t want to release the pattern since you sell them, just thought I’d ask!
Of course you can sell them! You can sell finished plushies made from someone else’s pattern, just not the pattern itself 😊

I can answer one of your questions as a crochet person. Tips that I have are, watch lots of beginners tutorials on CZcams. They helped a lot when I started learning.
A lot of practice! Probably a few months of crocheting every day helped me learn how to make plushies well. I don’t disclaim anything except that safety eyes aren’t safe for kids under 3. Stay tuned for a video about starting out at markets 💕💕

Hi, I’m new to your channel and I wanted to make something to sell so I can donate towards Maui and it’s citizens. I was thinking of making turtles to sell but I’m having a hard time with the yarn. I’m using Bernat Blanket yarn and I love it but for something so detailed and small, I find it hard to see the individual stitches. I was wondering what yarn you use and is it easy to get. Thanks for your help.
I use Bernat blanket & sweet snuggles lite! It can be tricky to get used to seeing the stitches with thick, plush yarn! ♥️

How do you sell your crocheted animals with safety eyes at Craft shows? Do you make the customer aware that they may be a safety hazard for children? I have a bunch ready to sell, now I am worried about that. What do you do?
You could have a sign or tell people if you wanted! To be honest, most of my customers are buying for kids/adults over 5, so it’s not a huge issue for me 💕

Okay, I know I’m old, but who is your customer? Who buys this kind of stuff? I had no idea that there was such a huge market for obscure plush characters. And when I say obscure I mean as opposed to the usual animals like cats, dogs, farm animals, wildlife. I can honestly say that when I was a child I never wished for a plush octopus or mushroom. Please don’t think this is criticism. I’m just trying to understand the customer.
