Im vergangenem Jahr habe ich mich mit dem Rally-Sport beschäftigt und da stieß ich auf die Bosnien Rally. Ich versuche mal Bosnien in drei Worte zu beschreiben, extremes Wetter in einer stetig wechselnden Landschaft, die Mensch und Maschine alles abverlangt.
Eigentlich ist es ein Trainingscamp um den praktische Umgang mit dem Roadbook zu sammel, egal ob traditionell auf einer Papierrolle oder digital.
Wer also mit dem Gedanken spielt mal eine Rally fahren zu wollen, sollte sein Debut bei der Bosnien Rally starten.
Hierbei geht es um nichts, am Ende der fünf Tage weis man zumindest ob der Rally-Sport persönlich eine Zukunft hat.
Die eingefleischten Roadbookfahrer schwören darauf, mir sind das jedoch zu viele Informationen. Ich liebe es auf Sicht zu fahren, das hält mich fokusiert und die Geschwindigkeit handsam. Mein GPS Track ist nur ein roter Faden an dem ich mich orientiere, beim Roadbook sind die Entfernungsangaben und Richtungsänderung ausschlaggebend um das Ziel zu erreichen. Ich bin kein Rennfahrer und ich bin nicht bereit den Preis für Racing zu bezahlen.
Was zählt ist die Reise, das erlebte und letztlich gesund von der Ausfahrt zurück nach Hause zu kommen.

Last year I was involved with rallying and that's when I came across the Bosnia Rally. I'll try to describe Bosnia in three words, extreme weather in a constantly changing landscape that demands everything from man and machine.
Actually, it is a training camp to collect practical handling of the road book, whether traditionally on a paper roll or digitally.
So if you are toying with the idea of driving a rally, you should start your debut at the Bosnia Rally.
This is about nothing, at the end of the five days you at least know whether rallying has a future personally.
Die-hard road book drivers swear by it, but that's too much information for me. I love to drive on sight, it keeps me focused and the speed manageable. My GPS track is just a red thread that I use to orient myself, with the road book the distances and changes in direction are decisive in order to reach the destination. I'm not a racer, I'm a rider and I'm not willing to pay the price for racing.
What counts is the journey, what you have experienced and finally coming home healthy from the exit.

Tolle Episode, sehr abwechslungsreich. Macht Lust auf diese Rally, trotz 40 Grad im Hitzesommer. Der Auffahrer am Ende ging zum Glück glimpflich ab, nur kurz abgelenkt und batsch. zum Glück nix passiert. Gruß aus Nürnberg, Günter
Moin - danke für die Aufnahmen. Das ruft schöne Erinnerungen an die vorletzte Woche wach - und die Zipperlein tuen schon fast nicht mehr weh von den Bodenproben in Bosnien :-)

ne tolle zusammenfassung, Gratulation. Ist eine schöne Erinnerung - ich war dieses Jahr auch selber dabei. Überigens hab ich dich kurz bei der Veranstaltung von J.K. kennengelernt.
Konnte zum Glück doch selber auch noch einen Startplatz bekommen. Deine Aufnahmen gefallen mir sehr gut - mach bitte weiter so.

hi, thinking about Bosnia Rally this year, Do you think it is worth the money?
That depends on what you expect. Strictly speaking, it is a training camp to get to know experiences in terms of navigation and the whole thing under rally-like circumstances. The routes are really fun, even if you are traveling with a two-cylinder. It doesn't matter whether you want to get a taste of rally air or just want to ride cool tracks for five days, you're in good hands. Cool guys, great tracks and cold beer.
I can tell you that and whether it's worth the money is up to the wallets.
Fact: It's a cool Event!
@@DirtbagonWheels thanks, I've been already on Hellas Rally in Greece but not really like racing. Do they have in Bosnia trails challenging enough? or it's more like touring adventure event with navigation.
@@robsonenduro3316 It's exhausting over the five days and you have plenty of opportunities to catch a flat tire. I was only there for two days, but the two laps I did there were great fun.

An dem Pickup war nichts mehr kaputt zu bekommen😅, nur ein bischen Plastik an der Tenere, schwund eben.
